Thank you for being so per friendly!
One of your other hotels in Swindon charges 15 per night for a dog. This would make return visits more manageable for us.
Clean and tidy
The lift
Convenient for the M4. Breakfast was good with a wide variety of items. Gluten free bread and some other items available on request. Staff were helpful. Room clean and bed was comfortable.
The air conditioning was not working, although a drink voucher was offered to compensate for this. The shower had quite a raised step to get into it. One of the lifts was not working and the other juddered quite a lot.
Easy on the route from west to east
Dated, not super clean
Lot of loud and drunk people in the hotel.
The staff were very helpful and friendly 🙂
The toilet
Frühstücksbuffet war super! Zimmer sind groß und sehr sauber. Pancake-Maschine beim Frühstück war ein Highlight.
Die Klimaanlage hat nicht so gut funktioniert. Es war ein bisschen laut.

Everything. Staff was excellent . Chloe went out of her way, a good member of staff.
Morning Staff for breakfast was always on the go and pleasant.and helpful.

Nothing to dislike
Location was good because it was not too much of a distance to drive to surrounding areas.
A bit more choice at breakfast in terms of hot food.
It was a great location, great breakfast too and the staff were lovely and very helpful- give the pancake machine a go at breakfast, it’s great fun!
The only gripe would be that although I agree the room slept four, my two teenagers had to share a bed (they didn’t, one slept on the floor rather than share with his brother 😂) - other equivalent hotels you get a double and two singles.
