Would book again. Staff were a highlight
Pros:

Great location for getting up and down the M4 without needing to navigate the city.
Staff were fabulous - a great team!
Room was clean and comfy.

Cons:

Quilts were quite thick and hot, and I couldn't get the A/C to work, although I'm sure the team would have sent someone to have a look if I had been bothered enough to ask.

The quiet, the firm beds, the early breakfast, the efficiency of the check-in, the cleanliness of the beds, room, and bathroom.

Cons:

The breakfast was good, but the dinner was awful. I ordered fish and chips. The batter of the fish tasted like a dirty dish cloth smells. The chips were hard and stale. The best thing of the meal was the peas. I was actually worried about contracting food poisoning. Fortunately that didn't happen.

A good 1 night stopover.
Pros:

Friendly staff, breakfast was good quality for a buffet breakfast and the staff kept the "restaurant" area clean. The room was also nice & clean.

Cons:

The bed was very hard.

Enjoyable . . . apart from the coffee!
Pros:

Hotel reception are always very welcoming. Room was clean as was bathroom. Hotel is near the M4 which is great. The majority of breakfast was good.

Cons:

The coffee available at breakfast is disgusting - really is time to get something far better than Nescafe (straight coffee and Capappuccino is undrinkable - in our option). It's just a waste offering this to clientele
