Robo en la habitación y respuesta inaceptable por parte de la gerencia!

Me hospedé una noche y, mientras salimos a desayunar, alguien del personal entró a la habitación (a pesar de que el check-out no se había realizado). Al volver, la limpieza estaba a medias: toallas retiradas pero la cama sin hacer. Al revisar mis pertenencias, faltaban 250€ de mi cartera.
Informamos de inmediato en recepción. Tras cinco días de supuesta "investigación" involucrando al jefe de gerencia (Sr. Mas), la solución que nos ofrecieron fue un upgrade en nuestra próxima visita. Es una falta de respeto total que, ante un robo de efectivo, pretendan que regresemos a su hotel para "compensarnos". Obviamente, no volveremos por la falta de confianza y la pésima gestión del incidente. No recomiendo este lugar si valoras la seguridad de tus pertenencias.

Siempre cumple!
Pros:

Es un hotel muy cómodo, con buen servicio y un personal muy atento. El personal es lo mejor.

Cons:

Es una pena que algunas cosas sean ya algo antiguas, bañeras, ventanas, etc.
