It was fine- expensive for mediocre service.
Pros:

Room was close to water park

Cons:

At check-in staff wanted to charge me $100 for early check-in and for obtaining pool pass at 1:30 as stated would be available on booking email & website. Sinks in bathrooms didn’t drain- only 2 of 4 burners worked on stove.

No hot water
Pros:

My daughter and I stayed here for an Irish dance competition the last weekend in February. Our stay sucked. No hot water for a shower at night. You called and they said the boiler went out a couple hours ago so the hot water must not have reached our room yet. Same thing in the morning…no hot water. Jelly beans on the floor near the bed. They gave me my $30 resort fee back. When u called and complained. Yay. A few sheets but no comforter or duvet or blanket on the bed (it’s Feb in WI). Not a full kitchen. I’ve stayed twice and didn’t have a working coffee pot either time. The place is falling apart, literally. Don’t stay here. Stay elsewhere and buy a waterpark day pass.

We really had a good time.
Pros:

Plenty of room in the 2 bedroom suite! Equipped kitchen since we cooked in. Friendly staff. Hot tubs in pool area and jacuzzi tub in room!

Cons:

Hard pillows! And our fireplace did not work.

Horrible and unsatisfying
Pros:

On January 30,2026 ! I went for my birthday for overnight! I accidentally left my necklace on the bed ! When I realized about I called and asked if house keep turned in my necklace. They said she did not find anything! I am 100% she had stolen it because there is no where in hell she would not have seen it . They did not to help ! Never going to back to this places !
