Great spot for a short getaway but needs deep cleaning.
Pros:

My kid loved the outside pool. The lifeguards were very professional and focused while on duty. Loved the place.

Cons:

Room was a bit dirty. Trash behind the sofa, the bathtub looked dirty and there were old dead insects in the cutlery cabinet. We had no pans or pots to cook.

The overall property was fine. It’s kid friendly resort so that was wonderful. Lots of stuff for kids to do. Easy drive into downtown lake Geneva and upscale restaurants, which were definitely worth checking out (Hunt club) $$$ but worth it!

Cons:

We had a two bedroom suite. I was in The loft and the air conditioning did not work. They did bring me 2 box fans however, they were loud and I had to keep them running all night😏. They should make sure all of their basic equipment should be in working order before you put travelers in the room. I also caught my ankle on a metal piece ( 2 inches protruding from under the mattress of the bed which was covered by the bedding. My son Had to come in and slam it back in to the frame. I did not say anything because I had already made known the air situation. I’m not nitpicking person, but these things are serious and should be addressed. They took off approx $150 daily service fee. But that still did not help with lack of sleep or a sore ankle. I doubt that I will ever choose that hotel again. I’ll find another hotel and get a day passes for the kids. Thank you.

Luggage carts never available. Towels not available before or after swimming. We had a problem with refrigerator keeping cool, but the maintenance guys did not replace it
