An old building made acceptable by staff efforts.
Pros:

The staff were brilliant and went out of their way to be helpful and to enhance our stay. The bed was comfy and the shower worked well. The Shabbat compliant bedside lights were very useful. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. The 24/7 coffee/tea facilities were good.

Cons:

The room was old-fashioned with limited space to store clothes. There were no instructions for the safe. The bathroom could do with more rails to hang towels. The shower required stepping into the bath. The warm options for breakfast were not that hot. The location of breakfast items kept changing from day to day. The garden/patio was disappointing but perhaps it was the wrong time of year.

I had everything I needed. It was very good for the price.

Good quality and inexpensive in a good location; good bus routes, stores, restaurants, and cafes.
Pros:

Simple furniture, inexpensive, bathroom was modern with good water pressure. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was available with good cafe hafuch ( cappuccino).

Cons:

Breakfast had a good variety, but some of the same food was served the next day. I would recommend serving less variety which would ensure that the food in the buffet will be finished.

ארוחת הבוקר טובה מאוד ויש מגוון רחב וטעים. המקום בו מתקיימת הארוחה ממש חמוד.
מיקום המלון גם בסדר גמור

Cons:

החדר לא נקי מספיק. מיטה נוספת שהוסיפו לילדה היתה ממש לא נוחה ושמנו עוד שמיכה על המזרן כדי שתוכל לשכב על זה .
השירותים והמקלחת לא נקיים, ישן כזה הכל

You can walk to old city be at the wall about 20minutes walk

I loved that it was in a Jewish neighbourhood

Cons:

The furniture needs updating for the price and the room could do with better dustimg. If I had nowhere to stay I would stay again

Pros:

Our second visit to this wonderful and authentic place. The owner is 13th generation in Jerusalem and it feels like a real Jerusalem vibe accomodation. It was very welcoming, clean, great shower, lovely breakfast, and excellent value. Will definitely visit again.
