Great stay at Little House in Bakah!
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are simple, but clean, comfortable, and the mattress was very cozy.
The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of food. We also appreciated the shared kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, sink, and 24/7 tea, coffee, and water.
Special thanks to the friendly staff for their excellent local tips! Highly recommended.

Cons:

On the downside, the room was a bit dimly lit and there was some street noise.

The beds were comfortable, the shower was roomy, and the breakfast was unbelievable with an amazing choice of food. Banks and restaurants were nearby and the buses to the Old City or the shopping street of Ben Yehuda could be caught 3 mins away and took roughly 25 minutes or less depending on the time of day.

Cons:

It suited our needs but not everyone would relate to an old fashioned family run hotel. Perhaps it was not all mod-com, but it had its own unique charm.

Upstairs Room was comfortable and decent. Do NOT take downstairs economy rooms they are awful!

The room was comfortable, a/c worked well. Shower pressure was good, breakfast room is soooo nice, neighborhood is good,

Cons:

we originally booked a cheaper room but when we got there, it smelled horribly of mold and was really not liveable. We asked for a different room and we had to pay the difference! I would have left and found another place and not have to pay that much. they nickel and dime you...only one coffee pp from coffemaker at breakfast.

We have stayed here before, and will likely stay here again. It is a homey location and a good value
Pros:

Breakfast was good, though slightly less sumptuous than our last stay
The location is fantastic, just off of Derech Hevron, across from the Promenade. Once construction is finished ( :-O ) it will be better navigable again. An easy walk to transportation, center city, First Station, Hadera mall, and other locations. Sephardic shul across the street, Ashkenazi shul a few blocks away.

Cons:

Halls could have be better and more often cleaned.
