Great, well priced hotel close to the Grove
Pros:

Great location close to the Grove. Nice foyer area and cool bar for a late night drink. Rooms were comfortable

Cons:

Some of the Reception/ staff were not particularly interested in helping guests

Cons:

Bathroom was way too small. Long time to get hot water at sink. Should have additional towels available. Limited counter space in bath for two people. Bare floors appeared cold. No luggage racks—had to ask for them and were told no one ever asked before. Were we meant to kneel on the floor to open our suitcases?

Good location
Pros:

The location was excellent, across the road from the Grove and the Original Farmer’s Market and walking distance to a Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods and Erehwon. Sidecar doughnuts is also within the same block. Most LA attractions are within 30-45mins drive away.

Cons:

The door to our room could not close properly, possibly due to misalignment with the doorframe.

Pros:

The location was pretty good. Near Du Pars, the best pancakes. Super clean and comfy.

Cons:

They have the worst communication line, there’s imposible to they in touch of that. It took a hole week and several different calls to booking to have them reimburse some charges they made to my credit card without my permission and totally wrong ones. What an awful service at to end the experience.
Both available mails they have hard bounce making it impossible to get in touch with them if you live outside the USA.

great location.
Pros:

The location is excellent. It is just couple mins walk to the grove and the original farmer market. a short drive to the museums, sightseeing location. The room is specious and very clean. Staffs are friendly. The area feels quite safe.

If you are searching for a short stay it’s a good choice performance/value wise.
Pros:

The room was very clean and the furnitures were modern and new.

Cons:

The property doesn’t make you feel like you are staying at an hotel. It’s a motel actually.

Location and decor perfect, but a bit noisy.
Pros:

Location is very good with safe area for parking Bed and decor were excellent! In fact the books and accessories were the best!

Cons:

There is quite a bit of noise from the vehicle traffic on the Main Street.

Hotel property should be for the enjoyment of its guests, so I will not go there again if they continue to rent out ever

Quiet and comfortable. Good location.

Cons:

The courtyard, restaurant/bar and parking lot were rented out for a private party, closing them all for three days. Couldn’t even get access to the pool.

Classic LA vibe with a nice inner courtyard; super friendly staff.

Cons:

Room usually was not serviced until very late in the afternoon (maybe they prioritized for new arrivals, but 4-5pm is too late). Also, AC/fan was very loud--a lower speed option would be nice.
