I would have given a perfect score if the smell wasn’t there.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby and eating area was clean, comfortable, and welcoming.

Cons:

Our room had a horrible smell. We sprayed air freshener and lit candles to help.

The hotel is a great place to stay.
Pros:

Everything was great! Clean, quiet, free parking, good location, tasty food.

Cons:

The only thing - Booking is saying breakfast is exceptional, but it's not. This hotel provides just a regular American breakfast, nothing special. Also, the staff didn't support the breakfast well enough: missing coffee cups, missing plates, and missing food.

It was a fantastic two day stay.
Pros:

It was the girl on the front desk’s last day before going off the college. She had been so helpful and just had an exceptional appreciation of customer service.

For the most part, it was a good stay
Pros:

Friendly staff, ok breakfast and the room was nice.

Cons:

The breakfast was good however, the week i was there it was alot of children and the area was not kept clean easily the waffle maker. Everything else was great. When trying to get help at the desk, the first couple of nights, the desk was not manned. You have tobweight for someone to come back.
