Cute and relaxing stayaction
Pros:

Overall the staff was friendly and the room was huge! The full kitchen was a perfect fit for a "birthday staycation" My kiddies loved the pool as well

Cons:

Though it wasn't hidden, the $250 hold was a bit much, especially for 1 night stay (most hotels only charge a refundable $100)

Prime location, spacious suite, housekeeping terrible!
Pros:

Prime location - many shops and restaurants in close proximity! The King Suite was very spacious for our family of 6!

Cons:

Towels in the pool area were very limited and rarely restocked without bugging the front desk about it. The linen on the King bed was soiled and took a while for housekeeping to replace.

Only complaint was the noise of heat vent in room. But that is expected.
