From outside of the building is okay. But the room I got was not to clean and the stove didn't work.
I liked the fact that what was shown on website was not what you got. Gross. Did not stay one night. Found a place 100 times better for half the price. Was told I would not get any kind of refund. Then after I told them this is bait and switch and used some choice words. Was told "now you're definitely not getting any type of refund" ????????
Not the greatest experience this trip, got in Thursday evening had NO pillows in our room front desk told us we would have to go purchase them and we would be compensated which wasn’t done, room was not very clean, tvs didn’t work the 1st night, maintenance had to come fix the next day, we had no pool bands which front desk did finally correct but still all in all a frustrating stay.
Was so dirty
The stay was great. There were some issues with room. Toilet was leaking, sink faucet was loose. Parking was across the street which was inconvenient since I had just had knee surgery. Other than them small things the room was big and comfortable.
Room was ok. Needs updating and some repairs. Beds were not comfortable. The people next door were loud and woke our kids many times. Not sure how family friendly the hotel is.
I will back again, very nice place my kids enjoy that place
We couldn’t even stay there due to the cockroaches all over the room. The staff was horribly unfriendly and unaccompanied. We attempted to switch rooms and immediately were greeted by more cockroaches. We left and had to get another last minute hotel. They are still trying to decide if we can get our money back. Stay far away. There are three buildings and the oldest one is unkept and disgusting.
As much as I feel I should give a completely terrible review, I can’t because of the guy who works the desk at the evening. I am a manager and business owner as well. I can tell the issue is management, the general manager sucks!!!! And the owner of this establishment sucks for having a “manager” manage his business in the way it’s being done. We had so many issues starting from day one to day 4. Including safety issues for children within the room. Penthouse 64 is an absolute disaster. I left my cell number for the GM to call me but never heard a word. Like I said you suck as a manager. Really wanted to tell you to your face!!!!
250$ charge for rubber pool bands if lost. You ans a manager are a joke!!! The response I got from the desk was because so many people steal them and they are hard to get!!!!
Contact me I can get them for you within a couple days to a week at probably a way cheaper cost than you can get them for through my supplier!!!
Now room issues no sheets, piss stain pillow! Absolutely NO TOWELS AT ALL guy at desk was able to find me some to get me by till morning. That man did everything he could possibly do for us.
Tell house keeping to flush the toilet after going. No one wants to walk in on vacation to piss in the toilet!!!!
Word to the owner find new help running the place. You can’t help a dirty tampon outside on your property but a real manager would have that nasty crap cleaned up for god same. Will NEVER in my life stay here again. Call me!!!
The resort is nice , the room was clean, however they need to update the furniture in unit 154 , the sofa was very nasty and stained . The wall bed mattress was stained and looks very filthy . We had to ask for bed linen and pillows for sofa bed and wall bed .. I enjoyed my stay ,the location was great , the staff was great ...I would book them again ...
Great trip room was ok, very outdated with uncomfortable beds and couch comforters lumpy, tv in the living area wouldn’t work faucet in the bathroom would run constantly. Cooking dishes rusty and couldn’t cook with them. Pools and hot tubs very small and overly crowded. But other than that it was good.
When I arrived, there was sand in the refrigerator, the kitchen rug was on the coffee stand. The pull out bed had sand in it also. There were not enough face cloths, so I washed everyday. The pots had water and mildew in them. The bowls also had water and mildew in them. Check time was too early (10 am) and they do not offer late check out. I was told the parking lot directly across from the hotel was not for hotel guests but there were guests parking there. Overall my son was happy but I will NEVER book with them again. I cannot upload the video but that is a picture of the bowl.
We were a late arrival, our room key would not work, we had difficulties contacting anyone to be able to let us in the room that late since it was 4am. There were multiple intoxicated individuals (two of which were passing out in the hot tub and puking in it), the room was not equipped with adequate supplies for our family, example: not enough bedding supplies (none on the pull out), not enough towels (we were gave 2 towels and 2 wash clothes for the duration of our stay), we had to visit the front desk in which the individuals were new and didn’t know what to tell us, we were not given the proper amount of wrist bands for the pool, the dishes were dirty, the fridge was leaking water, it was horribly loud from the intoxicated individuals. We ended up cutting our trip short and leaving early, we will not be return guests.
No Air condition.
I was accused of smoking, I was away from the room for a few hours and at the beach when I received a call that some was smoking. I told them I do not smoke nor was I in the room so I’m not sure how the smoking pointed to me. I was repeatedly told just don’t smoke and I kept saying I’m not and I’m not in the room so it’s not me. I was still singled out and accused and threatened to be thrown out. That is crazy you smell/see smoke and even though I’m not in my room you still accuse me. The quality of the property has also went down I was a previous repeat customer, hadn’t been in a few years and during this experience it was overall not a good one and my concerns were dismissed

The room was not ready on time. The cleaning team left their materials in the room. There was trash under the bed. It was noisy.
Nice pools, clean hotel, quick & easy check-in process!
When we arrived our room floor had not been vacuum. We spoke with the after agent attendant he said no one is there to vacuum it but someone can do it in the morning. No one ever came. The stove was filthy.
Honestly if you can stay somewhere else DO!! They definitely have roaches. No room service or front desk help. No extra towels or bedding. BUT I’m sure there’s worst out there as well.
