Accueil peu chaleureux. Décoration très défraichie. Petit déjeuner vraiment pas terrible.
The location and the view
When it rained the ceiling leaked and staff were in capable of providing or could not provide any assistance . A section of the ceiling started to crumble away . The shower was terrible running hot and cold and loosing pressure from poor to very poor. We left early to get better accommodation at our expense This hotel should not be a 3 star hotel. Booking .com should review its relationship .
Très mauvais ce qui nous a contraint à annuler le petit déjeuner du lendemain qui plus est avec un prix sans rapport avec la qualité des mets proposés
Très mauvais accueil à noter que les sanitaires réservés aux espaces commun étaient fermés toute la matinée et le soir alors même que la norme du 29/12/2021 impose que ces sanitaires doivent être disponible en permanence pour
la clientèle.
La réceptionniste nous a dit d’un ton désagréable que ces toilettes servaient essentiellement de stockage pour de linges et draps sales d’où la fermeture les 3/4 du temps de celles-ci.

L'accueil, la sympathie des patrons, vue panoramique magnifique relaxante au bord de la piscine ainsi que sur la terrasse pour le petit déjeuner.
La disponibilità della proprietaria, ci ha lasciati parcheggiare le moto in giardino al posto del parcheggio auto fuori dal cancello. La vista dal terrazzo/piscina molto bella.
La struttura si vede che è storica ed ha un potenziale altissimo, peccato che non venga valorizzata a dovere. La piscina ha tutti gli arredi rotti, non è granchè pulita, la camera ha delle macchie su tutta la moquette, non c'è l'aria condizionata ed il bagno è cieco.
La dependance è molto carina, appena vicino alla piscina con vista. Siamo stati bene anche in 5. Bagno grande, piccolo cucinino e giardino con sdrai, tavolo e sedie. Zona piscina bella e pulita, terrazza con bar e vista carina. Veramente due passi dal centro. Ci è piaciuta tanto, torneremo!
Unica cosa: mancava shower gel
A part la vue, le reste n'est pas digne d'un 3 étoiles
La salle d'eau avec toilettes qui ne ferment qu'avec un simple rideau, bonjour l'intimité et un pauvre ventilateur sur pied pour brasser de l'air chaud vu la canicule je vous fais grâce de l'inconfort.
Sans compter le petit déjeuner à 14€ par personne lamentable
Que des produits ultra transformés et de mauvaise qualité.
Si l'on est vegan ou si l'on fait attention à son alimentation il n'y a rien qui convienne.
Habituée à venir à Vence, il y beaucoup d'autres établissements qui sont nettement mieux et moins chers
