Pros:

Omg this is one of the best hotels a been to because of the manger he did everything to work with us great service if I ever go again I will definitely go back to this hotel the manger and a lady that was there that day they were super nice with me. Thank you again for ur help keep up the good services and I will definitely tell my family if they ever go to Colorado to stay here Thank you again for ur help! Will give it a 10 start

Stayed 2 nights-no maid service. Why not? Clumps of dirt on bathroom floor. Courtesy bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and ??? all half full. Obviously used by previous guest(s). Breakfast buffet was not good unless you like a piece of toast with butter. Check out clerk could not print me a receipt or even tell me how much the final bill was. Told only booking.com can provide that.

Staff were lovely and attentive, It was a very nice surprise to have a halloween party going on in the lobby

Cons:

the tv was not working took a bit of help and some wiring issues to figure out the tv problem. The hot tubs have been closed down and unfortunately it was one thing we were looking forward to. The bathroom floor flooded after 1 shower and needed extra towels to clean up the water. definitely some water damage in the bathroom as well

I booked two rooms with two queen beds. Got two rooms with one queen bed, and never notified of change. The beds/ mattresses were so hard that I could not get a good sleep. Woke up every 45 minutes to an hour in pain. Two terrible nights of sleep. The Continental breakfast was terrible, burned sausage and hard boiled eggs that were turning color, the swimming pool was closed, and they charged me full price for the rooms. I have stayed in that motel on several occasions, but will most likely never stay there again!!!
