Very satisfied with everything.
Pros:

Breakfast was kind of limited in choices. Eggs and someday sausage, other days roasted potatoes.

Staff were lovely and attentive, It was a very nice surprise to have a halloween party going on in the lobby

Cons:

the tv was not working took a bit of help and some wiring issues to figure out the tv problem. The hot tubs have been closed down and unfortunately it was one thing we were looking forward to. The bathroom floor flooded after 1 shower and needed extra towels to clean up the water. definitely some water damage in the bathroom as well

I booked two rooms with two queen beds. Got two rooms with one queen bed, and never notified of change. The beds/ mattresses were so hard that I could not get a good sleep. Woke up every 45 minutes to an hour in pain. Two terrible nights of sleep. The Continental breakfast was terrible, burned sausage and hard boiled eggs that were turning color, the swimming pool was closed, and they charged me full price for the rooms. I have stayed in that motel on several occasions, but will most likely never stay there again!!!

If I wasn't locked into prepayment I would have canceled upon arrival

The place is run down and disgusting. I had to wipe down the shower before I could use it because it hadn't been done for quite some time.

We were treated very well by the staff. We LOVED the movie connection. Great to have a lounge.

I had No hot water when we checked in Friday night, I tried to take a shower at 830pm. Husband had a little Saturday morning. Saturday night, very little, mainly cool. NOT HAPPY, We were racing and dirty. When I told the gal at the front desk upon checking out Sunday am, she said sorry, not even looking at me. Place is looking pretty old too.

Cons:

Warm water, Hot would have been better.
