The pillows were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water in the shower.
Pros:

The small shelf to put personal toiletries in the shower and the pillows are very nice.

Cons:

The bathroom had a spider and also small flies on the bathroom mirror.

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I’d stay at this hotel everywhere I went now
Pros:

Super clean and huge room. Bathrooms were very very clean

Cons:

Wanted to check in at 12:30 after traveling up there all morning and wouldn’t let me check in till 2. Maybe another room cleaner to speed room cleaning up

There was hair still in the showers, on the shower wall, in the sink, and floor of the bathroom. I had to clean it up, but everything else was clean. No major issues.

Best effort to get my needs met.
Pros:

I got there earlier than scheduled for check in. But I was helped with the best service to fit my tight schedule.
I regret that I don't recall the young lady that helped make it work. Kelly/Karen? Definitely the best service.

Cons:

My time schedule.
My wife and I have stayed here previously. That's why I came back.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, made our visit great!
Pros:

The staff were absolutely amazing and extremely friendly. We had a slight issue and they were so quick and friendly to help us and get it taken care of. The room was spotless.

Excellent and will stay again but only if the staff is the same
Pros:

The staff was excellent and the room was wonderful. There was one small issue with the room that did not make a big deal but they took note and were going to fix it after we left. Just that the shower had a small leak.

Cons:

Could have used a recliner instead of the chair that was in the room. Could also have used a handhold on the right side of the shower for right handed people getting into the shower. The office chairs offer no support for larger people.
