Once again the Bahia Hotel and SUR Beach House DELIVERS!!!! The accommodations, the food (both Bar Esquina and the SUR Beach House) is consistently fabulous. Then there is the staff, they are the best, from:

Christian - In the 11 years I have been coming to the Bahia, he always remembers us, greets us with a smile, and is on hand to help with anything we dream up.

Ivan - First met Ivan when he was at the front desk, he made the check in process very smooth. Now he is at the SUR and his radiating smile (oh those dimples), with his exuberant service is hard to beat.

Juanjo, Moises, and Sandra - If you want to start your day with a big smile, and excellent service you will not be disappointed with the service they provide at the SUR Beach House.

The Management is clearly excellent, these type of experiences do not happen by accident, and making everything so seamless is a true talent. Thank you Lee, Cesar, and the team.

We’ve had a wonderful stay at Bahia Beach House Hotel. The hotel is spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and has an atmosphere that feels elegant while still relaxed and comfortable.

The rooms are immaculate and kept that way every single day. The beds are extremely comfortable, and everything feels fresh, calm, and thoughtfully looked after.

What really makes this place special is the staff. Everyone is genuinely kind and attentive, and they take allergies and dietary requirements seriously, which we really appreciated.

A special shout-out to Cristian at the activities desk, who helped me immediately during a health issue. His calmness, kindness, and support meant a great deal.

It’s also worth mentioning Lee, the owner and Cesar the Director, are often around and take the time to speak with guests personally to make sure everyone is having a great experience — a really rare and special touch.

Another big bonus of staying here is the access to Sur Beach Club, which is the beach club to be in Cabo. As a guest of Bahia Beach House, you can enjoy Sur without the usual $100 per person minimum spend, which is a fantastic perk.

Overall, an excellent hotel with outstanding service — we would absolutely recommend it and would happily stay here again.

Went down to Cabo with some buddies mainly to keep an eye on my daughter for her Spring Break. Picked this hotel because it was next door to hers. Didn't realize it would end up being such a fantastic and memorable experience. We walked through the front doors and were immediately greeted by Lee and Cristian and the entire stay, these two made it one of the most personal experiences I've ever had at a hotel. They are masters at hospitality and make you feel a personal connection to this boutique home away from home. In fact, staying at another hotel going forward would make me feel weird, as if betraying newfound friends. The ambiance and friendly staff at this hotel is very unique and hard to find. I can't say enough positive things about this place, but I can almost assure you, once you experience it, you will tell your friends and family and it will be your go to place in Cabo. Fantastic stay. Hotel exceeded expectations, with excellent service, a great vibe, and delicious food. The food at the SUR beach house, including the grilled octopus and the kimchi chicken sandwhich, was particularly good.

Bahia Hotel and Beach House is beautiful! The location is great, and SUR Beach House was very close by and convenient, we spent multiple days lounging on the beach and got breakfast there. The room was clean and spacious. The pool was so nice, very quiet in the evenings when we went. Service at all the restaurants was amazing. While the food is a little pricey, the atmosphere is nice, and given that it's a tourist location, it feels mostly worth it. Sometimes there is a little noise from the street (room was on the first floor) and the bar, but it is completely reasonable. Overall, we loved our stay!

The sound transfer throughout the common areas/hallways is absolutely horrible. Especially with Spring Breakers that have on consideration of anyone but themselves.
I highly recommend NOT staying here during March!
The staff does not do a good job at monitoring patrons during "quiet" hours.

I had an excellent experience, Jacobed, their service coordinator who goes above and beyond to attend to all requests, and all staff are kind, warm and attentive, they learn your name, and do everything to please the guests with a genuine smile! Jacobed gave u her WhatsApp and she talked to everyone, we had 6 rooms, she was perfect! She made suggestions, reservations and arranged transportation!
The hotel is beautiful, clean with a Moroccan vibe, we stayed at the loft suites, it has a huge living room, balcony and bathroom downstairs, the only thing I disliked was that it had no windows in the upstairs bedrooms, but I Think that is part of the loft idea and it is great to accommodate big parties in the same room, it accommodated our entire party and it was modern and spacious.
Bar da esquina has an amazing vibe, food and the live music makes it perfect! Sur beach house is beautiful, the food is spectacular and service is impeccable. Again the staff will learn your name and accommodate all requests! My only suggestion for the pool and beach club is to offer some loungers to lay down on the stomach!
TOP NOTCH SERVICE, they all really care, and that makes all the difference in a town full of all inclusive massive resorts!

What an incredible experience at The Bahia Hotel & Beach House. The service was outstanding. When we booked our reservation, we spoke to the wonderful Jocabed, and she created our itinerary. She booked us a beautiful yacht cruise and all of our dining reservations. Everything was perfect.
When you walk into the hotel, the decor is inviting and relaxed. The attention to detail is exquisite.
They have Sur Beach House, which is a 2-minute walk from the hotel. You reserve chairs on the beach and spend the day there. If you need some quiet time, you go to the hotel pool and have Valentin make you a delicious cocktail. If you are hungry, order the grilled cheese; it is so yummy.
The rooms are bright and airy and have a nice balcony.
We met the owners, and you can tell they take pride in their hotel . The entire staff takes great care of the guests.
We will be back!

We had the outmost amazing service with Cristian at Bahia hotel! We have attentive of our needs whether it came to transport, food, luggage, or even ideas for our visit. We had forgot our passports in our room and he went up to grabbed them for us and was waiting for us to arrive and we made it to our flight back! This hotel is def family friendly and nearby to everything.

A stay that reminded me what true hospitality feels like.

Our time at Bahia Resort Hotel was truly special. From the moment we arrived, there was an immediate relaxed atmosphere and the welcoming team made it easy to settle in and unwind right away.

What made the biggest difference, though, was the people.
I would like to sincerely thank everyone; from the hotel manager, to the restaurant team, housekeeping, the bell staff, and the Sur Beach Club Team, for their warmth and genuine care.

On our second-to-last night, my daughter injured her ankle, and the response from the team meant so much to us. So many people checked in on her, helped wrap her ankle, and brought hot and cold water to our room. It wasn’t just one moment, it was a continuous sense of care.
That kind of kindness stays with you.

The property is beautiful, relaxed, and very well maintained. We left feeling grateful and will absolutely be back.

Fantastic stay at the Bahia Hotel. My family (2 adults, 1 teenager) went in March which is a busy March break time but the hotel did not feel crowded at all. It was exceptionally clean, the rooms were very large and comfortable. Our room had two beds, a small sitting area, an upholstered bench and a patio. The staff both in the hotel (Raul especially!) and the restaurant were fantastic - very professional, polite and well spoken. The Beach house is a few minutes away (a very easy walk but they have a golf cart if mobility is an issue) and was exceptional. We had great seats front row at the Beach with a delightful server who was available but not pushy with service. You need to book your start time at the Beach but can stay any amount of time until closing. The food and drink there were very good as well. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and would certainly stay here again. 10/10

Unbelievable experience. From the moment we walked in, until the moment we checked out. Beautiful accommodations. Perfect location. Outstanding, warm service. The food at Sur Beach House and Bar Esquina was fabulous. I need to give a special shout out to both Ceasar and Michelle from Sur Beach House and Raoul from Bahia. We chose Bahia because of the location; we will return because of the amazing staff.

Had a great stay at the Bahia to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. We had only been to Cabo twice before and stayed at an all-inclusive resort - we wanted something different. Bahia was that! The service was amazing from the second we walked in; we were greeted with a glass of Rose. We could walk to all the local restaurants, and the beach was right over the hill. You can reserve beach chairs at SUR Beach Club and the food and drinks there are great. Walmart is very close by to grab drinks and snacks for the room. Would definitely stay here again and bring our kids next time. Don't forget to catch the fireworks on the beach every night at exactly 9:32

Nice place and overall ambiance, incredible location, close to the port and activities

Loved this hotel, located in a fun, busy area, very close to numerous bars. They clearly feel restaurant and coffee shops were great, I had a breakfast sandwich, honestly this was probably the best one I ever had, and the coffee shops were made great coffee. Pastries looked great, but I didn’t have any. Staff was professional and excellent at their jobs.
