So many things . A foul smell had been coming out from the toilet area every time we opearate the flush . After check out they blamed me for some rods were cut in their curtain blinds . But in the room i stayed there were no blinds , only long curtains were present . Without enquiring with me at first , they told by mail that they will be taking money for rectifying it through booking . Com.

Pros:

A estrutura do apartamento é otima, a comunincacao e logistica tbm funcionaram muito bem, saimos muito satisfeitos com a nossa estadia em Madri. O preço é bem melhor comparado aos aptos que ficam mais na area turistica central.

Mi primera vez en Madrid
Pros:

Todo fue perfecto. Nos atendieron en todo momento. Incluso nos dio frio por la noche (somos canarios y estamos mal acostumbrados) y nos dieron mas mantas y una estufa pequeña. Se portaron muy bien y gracias a eso pudimos descansar. La ubicación es excelente

Cons:

Quizás la mesa para comer y la cocina van justas, pero el apartamento es para lo que es, para dormir y conocer todo madrid con una ubicación excelente.

Very clean, nicely decorated, quiet and close to everything you need. We recommend it!
Pros:

The location was great, close to main street and metro, but far enough from the street noise. It has a huge terrace which was sunny in the morning. The bed and sofa bed are very big and comfortable, the window shutters were great for a good night sleep. The host was responsive and helping with all questions we had. There was water, spices and tea and coffee available, cleaning products, hair dryer. It is very nicely decorated and clean.

Cons:

Everything was way too digital. It took us a long time to check in online entering passport numbers, etc. Getting to the key and unlocking the doors was a challenge, too. We were supposed to throw away the bin bags at a designated place which was controlled by the room key, but the door was jammed, so it didn't work. There was no real person to ask. We managed to do everything, but if you are not a techie, this might be challenging. :-)

Ubicación muy buena, con Metro cerquita para poder moverte sin necesidad de coger coche.

Cons:

No es que no nos gustara, pero hay que maniobrar en el Parking para según que giros.
