El apartamento era agradable en general y estaba cerca de una estación de metro.

Cons:

La plancha que había en la habitación estaba dañada, eché agua por el agujero pero se filtró por la parte de atrás.
En el apartamiento hay cafeteras, pero funcionan con cápsulas específicas que no encontramos en los supermercados. En recepción hay una máquina donde se pueden comprar cápsulas, si es que quedan; en nuestro caso, solo había dos y a la mañana siguiente tuvimos que ir a una cafetería a comprar café.
El día que tuvimos que abandonar el apartamento, el aire acondicionado se apagó temprano por la mañana, alrededor de las 7, y nos fuimos sobre las 10:30; tuvimos que soportar el calor durante esas tres horas y media.

Volveríamos, calle tranquila y a 8 paradas del centro en el metro
Pros:

Amplitud del apartamento, comodidad y con todo detalle. Lo fácil que es el chequin online y la amabilidad del personal , antes de llegar con consultas telefónicas, durante y después ya que se olvidó algo en la habitación , y tomaron interés en recuperarlo.
Además está la habitación lista y el sofá cama preparado para dormir, ya que necesitábamos las dos camas.la calidad de las sabanas y toallas .
Estás en un barrio tranquilo y con buena comunicación para tu visita a Madrid, ya que a la habitación solo vas ha dormir.

Cons:

Un detallito como una botella de agua en la nevera, hubiese sido lo más. Ya que entramos a las dos de la mañana.

Pros:

Me encantó la ubicación, queda a dos calles del metro de Tetúan, y está en un buen sitio, hay Lidl, Burger King, tiendas de alimentación por los alrededores

Cons:

Tener que meter el DNI de todos en la máquina del check-in, nos faltaba una amiga y no pudimos entrar en la habitación sin su DNI en físico porque se tiene que escanear y teníamos que ir a por ella
