Good value for money with all services and amenities in easy reach
Pros:

Spacious apartment with street view windows. Close to all sort of services and amenities. Subway in easy reach for a ride to the city center.

Cons:

Pros:

Minha estadia foi ótima, o apartamento é muito confortável e limpo. Fomos recebidos com uma cesta de boas vindas, com uns bolinhos, água e cupom de desconto para a próxima estadia, uma gentileza impecável.
O prédio é super acessível, tive dificuldade de fazer o check in antecipado, mas na hora foi bem fácil de fazer para entrar.
O apartamento fica numa travessa de uma avenida que tem de tudo, fácil acesso e locomoção.

Cons:

O banheiro tinha um cheiro de esgoto as vezes, no check out avisei a moça que fica na recepção. Nada que me faça não voltar na próxima vez que for para Madrid.

Que estaba ordenado y la terraza

Cons:

La falta de limpieza. El wc estaba sucio (lleno de gotas de pipi) del inquilino anterior, la mampara y la ducha estaban sin limpiar, en la placa ducha se veían las huellas de las chanclas de la anterior persona, las sábanas estaban rotas, el sofá súper incómodo para dormir y las almohadas muy gastadas. La estancia no fue nada cómoda ni agradable.

Atrašanās vieta ideāla. Patīkams rajons, tuvu metro.

Cons:

Bija ļoti karsts. Kondicionieri nebija iespējams noregulēt zemāk par 20 grādiem. Varbūt vienkārši nemācējām, tāpēc gulēt bija grūti dēļ temperatūras.

Lo demás todo muy bien. Por eso hemos repetido. La ubicación es estupenda, la comodidad de las camas, todo en general.

Cons:

No puedo valorar al personal porque literalmente no vi a nadie en recepción en los 5 días que he estado allí y lo que no me gustó fue el terrible olor a cañerías que salía del baño. Era muy desagradable. Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos aquí porque nos encantó pero esta vez ese tema ha estropeado bastante la estancia.

Ciepło, czysto ,dobra lokalizacja, jesteśmy zadowoleni z wyboru tego miejsca.

Cons:

Jedynym minusem z pozoru drobnym, ale wpływającym jednak na komfort podczas pobytu to brak tradycyjnej pościeli, tylko luźne prześcieradła.
