Pros:

We booked this hotel especially for the hot tub to enjoy some relaxation after a long trip but it was out of service. The pool did not look very clean too. The breakfast was good though, it lacks a waffle machine but it's fair overall.

We booked last minute, and it took almost an hour for our Expedia reservation to show up in the Best Western system - which mean we had to sit in the lobby and wait and wait and wait. That was a bummer, but the staff was super kind and courteous while we waited.
