Will not stay on the first floor again
Pros:

Location was close to event venue

Cons:

Our room was next to the side entrance and the door slammed shut everytime someone exited or entered. Suggest SOFT CLOSE doors. Kept my 80 year old mother away all night

The night shift lady is absolutely so sweet & we just loved her!!

Cons:

The page says heated pool, it definitely is not. It was freezing.

Great staff greeting us upon entry.

Cons:

The pool was still very cool for it being “heated”.
The luggage carts are not the best option. The angle of them makes it hard to have multiple things on the cart.

The helpfulness of the staff. Our car broke down and while it was getting fixed they helped us reserve our rooms for another night and gave us as late of a check out as possible.

Nice location close to discovery Park which was our main destination.
Pros:

Room was clean

Cons:

No extra roll of toilet paper only one half used roll, had to ask the front desk for toilet paper, and sheets and a blanket for the sofa bed. They were quick to accommodate.

Pros:

The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. We were given plenty of towels, which was a nice change from the norm. The bed gave us a dreamy night's sleep - so comfy!

Cons:

There was nothing we didn't like per se, but there isn't much happening in the area. You'll have to drive a little ways to find local eateries and the adorable downtown area.
