Overall good stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Pancake machine broke and then they ran out of mix. Some of us didn't get pancakes.

Cons:

Housekeeping. Asked for towels and never got them. At 2 A.M. Called front desk for over an hour no answer. Why did a king room with 2 people only have 2 towels.

Will not stay on the first floor again
Pros:

Location was close to event venue

Cons:

Our room was next to the side entrance and the door slammed shut everytime someone exited or entered. Suggest SOFT CLOSE doors. Kept my 80 year old mother away all night

Such a great experience at this hotel. Such nice staff & very nice hotel.
Pros:

The night shift lady is absolutely so sweet & we just loved her!!

Cons:

The page says heated pool, it definitely is not. It was freezing.
