Parking lot gets full at night ( several trucks). May have to park next door
Property was beautiful and most of the staff were friendly and inviting
I complained that the room across from me were smoking weed in the room which was coming into my room. I was moved finally at 2 am in the morning. I had to complain twice and the person smoking it went out the next morning smoking it next to the pool area. I made a complaint and nothing was done. Last time I checked, it is still illegal in South Carolina. I ended up with no sleep and a migraine headache.

I really can’t say enough positive things about this hotel, the staff, location, room etc! It was very last minute booking but from the moment we arrived checking in with Trey? and Arriel to check out with the fabulous Ms. Vanessa! The breakfast was also fantastic and the host was so kind and attentive! Really a cut above! Well worth every penny!! 10/10 RECOMMEND! Oh and the bed was sooo comfortable! Till we meet again!! Thank you!
Stayed here for several months for a long term work project. Got to know the staff quite well during my stay. They were, in every way, the best! From the front desk to the kitchen staff, everyone was great! Vanessa & Trey at the front desk were very accommodating & a pleasure to talk to & get to know. The social, Monday thru Wednesday, was absolutely great. Brian, Kelly, Joe & Jessica were awesome! They served up some great dishes & made everyone feel like they were at home while socializing with friends & meeting new ones. The room was very clean & the bed was comfy. Housekeeping did touch up on a daily basis. Staybridge Suites Summerville is my “go to “ place to stay when I’m working in the Summerville area. Can’t say enough good things about this hotel! I’d give it 10 ⭐️’s if I could! Thanks for a very enjoyable stay!

The Staff were great and the location of the hotel. It was close to everything you need and want.
The phone in the room didn't work as planned and I reserved a King Suite with sofa bed, but was given 2 queen size beds in the suite. But it was still comfortable.
Vanessa was very professional & Very nice. I recommend coming here. I’m always here every week for work.
I arrived on Thursday and was greeted by Vanessa who was very cheerful, helpful and had a great smile. The hotel was very nice and clean. I had a short stay and will be back because of how great the front desk team treated me. Especially Vanessa. You can tell she really loves this job.

We were not familiar with this particular brand, but now that we know, we will never bypass one again! This was absolutely the best hotel stay we have ever had.
The room was beautifully appointed; the kitchenette was modern and functional. And everything was sparkling clean. We were comfortable with the way the HVAC unit worked the way it should, the bed was plush, and the soundproofing was excellent! Maybe because people spend lots of time in this place, it’s set up for living.
The people were fantastic from start to finish. We were assisted with anything we asked about, and everyone seemed pleased to be there.
I can’t reiterate enough: this was the best hotel stay we’ve ever had—and we have had thousands of nights in hotels across this country. I’d almost be willing to drive back there just to stay in this hotel!
