Great location for visiting Charleston, facility was very clean & staff helpful.
Pros:

Breakfast was only fair, on two mornings we actually ate elsewhere. Location was great, very close to Rt 26, which goes directly into Charleston & parking garage on 1 Cumberland St., which was one block from French Quarter.

Cons:

Having our dog with us, I would have appreciated a room on the first floor.

Pros:

It was clean and breakfast was ok

Cons:

Very low pressure in tap and shower. No cleaning
The last night the lock to our door didn't work. An engineer was called in
He came with no tools and very little knowledge
We were locke out for 2 HOURS,. We did get a compensation for that night but left with a very bad taste

We had a great stay !!! Everyone there were so nice and friendly.
Pros:

The location was perfect !!! Easy and convenient to come and go as we pleased !!! My wife fell in love with the room; it was amazing with a full kitchen !!!

Great, kinda wish we would have had more time to stay a few days.
Pros:

Room was great, the basically full kitchen was impressive. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Also, breakfast was really good too.

Front desk staff very friendly to our family and children.

Cons:

We didn't get to eat the breakfast bc it didn't start till seven and we had to leave for tournament at 6

Everything. The staff was amazing. They serve great breakfast. They also have free dinner with drinks Monday thru Wednesday. Very Clean. Very professional. Will definitely stay again. I hate that I live so close because I want to spend my time with them and they make it to easy.

Surprisingly good!
Pros:

Cleanliness, nice spa like aroma and the 3 nights of social hour food. Staff were incredibly nice and helpful. You could tell the staff really like their hotel and took pride in its daily operations.
