Zameldowanie przebiegło sprawnie, a obsługa była uprzejma. Pokój był odnowiony i wyposażony w zestaw kosmetyków, co było miłym akcentem. Dużym atutem jest również bardzo dobra lokalizacja.
Niestety klimatyzacja w pokoju nie działała prawidłowo – zamiast chłodzić, nagrzewała pomieszczenie. Ze względu na późny powrót do hotelu (po 23:00) i tylko jedną noc pobytu nie zgłaszaliśmy tego problemu na miejscu.
Najbardziej rozczarowujące było jednak śniadanie. Panowała tam bardzo dziwna i mało komfortowa atmosfera – oprócz nas była tylko jedna osoba, a po jej wyjściu pracownik obsługi wyłączył bemary i często zaglądał na salę. Mimo że przyszliśmy o 9:00 (śniadanie było do 10:00), czuliśmy się jak intruzi. Dodatkowo poziom produktów był niski i zdecydowanie nie odpowiadał standardowi hotelu 4-gwiazdkowego.
Nieprzyjemna sytuacja miała też miejsce przy wymeldowaniu. Opuściliśmy pokój o 10:40, będąc przekonani, że check-out jest do 11:00 (mój błąd, za który przeprosiłam). Pracownik recepcji poinformował, że próbowano się z nami skontaktować, jednak nie mieliśmy żadnego połączenia ani na telefonach, ani w pokoju. Bez próby spokojnego wyjaśnienia sytuacji od razu zażądał dopłaty 10 euro. Dopiero stanowcza reakcja mojego partnera spowodowała zmianę stanowiska. Przy bardzo niskim obłożeniu hotelu zabrakło tu elastyczności i podejścia do gościa.
Szkoda, ponieważ hotel ma potencjał i świetną lokalizację, jednak przez opisane sytuacje nie czuliśmy się komfortowo
