Location very close to center

Cons:

This is definitely not a four-star hotel. Perhaps it was in its prime, but certainly not now. The room was very small and had no window, only a small opening in the ceiling. This had not been disclosed when I booked. The bed was uncomfortable, and the room was not quiet.
Most importantly, there was no Wi-Fi in my room. Each room supposedly has its own connection, but mine was apparently the only one without a working service. When I asked reception, they simply told me it was broken. I explained that I was attending a conference and urgently needed internet access, but they showed no concern. They never offered another room although most rooms were empty.
The cleaning was also terrible. On one of the four days of my stay, a dirty cleaning cloth was left in my bathroom. The coffee cups I brought up from breakfast were left unwashed until the final day. No shampoo was provided either.
The lift was confusing and unpredictable: I pressed the button for the fourth floor, but it took me to level −1 instead.
Overall, the facilities, cleanliness and service fell well below what I would expect from a four-star hotel and did not justify the price. I would not stay here again.

S pobytom sme naozaj boli spokojní.
