Lovely traditional styled hotel
Pros:

A huge hotel, decorated in a traditional style, whichis really nice. Lots of common areas with seating. Really friendly and helpful staff. Big buffet spread for breakfast. Nice sized room, which was comfortable, and everything worked. Plenty of parking space. Situated close to the old town & marina. Plenty of restaurants in the area.

Cons:

The place just needs a jetwash and coat of paint on the outside. Otherwise, it's a well maintained place.

Great staff great location
Pros:

The staff were excellent always friendly and very helpful
Also the breakfast was very good with a large selection .
The location is great and there are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby.
Free parking was great.
Lovely staff always smiling

Cons:

I thought that the hotel felt a bit grubby in places . The general upkeep of the place was lacking in routine maintenance .
Lots of scuff marks on walls where a lick of white paint would suffice.
Getting to our room was challenging as we had to use two different lifts.
But overall we had a good stay.

Pros:

Gostamos muito do Quarto 🌹uma cama super confortável e super grande.
Da localização Mesmo no coração de LAGOS

Cons:

Não gostamos muito da parte do SPA.
Infelizmente as instalações muito velhas e nada a funcionar
A piscina interior a água pouco quente e com muito cloro.
O jacuzzi não funcionava e o banho turco igual

Breakfast was good. Staff were nice. The room and bathroom and view were very disappointing
Pros:

The property is very tired and out dated, the view was awful and the bathroom was tiny and very old. Given it was off peak a not many people staying, the hotel could have chosen to give us a slightly nicer room with a better view. The view felt like being in a war torn country
