Location. Is great for golf groups which I wasnt.
Exceptionally long check in process. Training issues and I think more the hotel only recently becoming part of NH. I extended my stay twice due to work and my room was not cleaned or made up once in five days. I explained this. Was asked if I had put on the do not disturb sign "no". The response was "oh ok'. You also need a sat nav to find your room. It is a maze. Tbe noise from the corriders is awful as early golfers leave. I really like the NH group and think these issues will be ironed out as they process the purchase of the hotel.

Las almohadas y la bandeja con cafetera y posibilidad de hacer té en la habitación.
Muy complicado para orientarse dentro. Para llegar a mi habitación (algo pequeña y con una terraza minúscula), tenía que coger 3 ascensores haciendo transbordo en cada uno por medio de pasillos y tramos de escaleras (me sentía como en el metro), lo que era muy incómodo yendo con maletas. Dos parkings, uno de pago con acceso directo, y otro exterior gratis caminando 5 minutos.

The hotel is a labyrinth. I was in the far end corner and had problems finding my way back every time.

Shower, Bed, breakfast
Very old and in desperate need of refurb, pillows poor cheap and lumpy. Worse of all is the poor state of some of the rooms the run down appearance but mostly the noise, old style doors having to be slammed all the time at all hours to be closed, the floors are tiles so constant noise from people and or furniture being moved around. I would not stay there again.
Have stayed many times over the past 25 years but found apart from the gentleman that carried our cases to our room that the customer service has massively gone down hill .

Great location, nice staff, comfortable room (European sized bathroom/shower), and great breakfast
Only issue is that there are quite a few stairs with the facility between building - not really personally an issue for me, but was a surprise!
