We absolutely loved our stay at NH Lagos and felt so well looked after from the moment we arrived until we left.
The location is absolutely perfect – it’s within walking distance of everything, making it so easy to explore Lagos.
The breakfast was fantastic with so many options every morning, and the dinner was equally amazing. We especially recommend the Italian restaurant in the hotel. With three different restaurants to choose from, there was something for everyone.
The pool area was beautiful and never felt overcrowded, which made it a lovely place to relax.
The staff were beyond amazing. Every single member of the team was friendly and welcoming. I didn’t get the name of the lady working at the downstairs bar, but she was so lovely and a pleasure to deal with throughout our stay.
A special thank you to Pedro, who truly went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. It was my partner’s birthday, and before we arrived Pedro helped me arrange a lovely surprise in our room. Then, on the actual birthday, we returned to find a beautiful handwritten birthday letter from Pedro along with drink vouchers to celebrate. It may seem like a small gesture, but it genuinely elevated our entire experience. That level of thoughtfulness and care is what separates this hotel from so many others. Pedro is a real credit to NH Lagos and truly understands what exceptional customer service looks like.
Our room was amazing – spotless, incredibly comfortable, with a beautiful view and a bed that gave us a great night’s sleep every night.
We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay and can’t wait to come back. We would highly recommend NH Lagos to anyone visiting the area. Thank you to everyone who made our holiday so special!

Staff were amazing and gym was decent
We booked it expecting a proper 4 start hotel but unfortunately it was quite dated and run down.
The room was comfortable and the breakfast had a good range - although the fruit, cold meats, cheeses and pastries were a much better option than the cooked unfortunately. The pool loungers were comfortable and pool refreshing.
The hotel needs a major refresh - clean the outside of the blocks so they don't look so run down and dirty. The room was SO far away from the main lobby. Yes, it mentions this in the description briefly but I'm talking taking at least 8 mins to get to your room from the lobby and up multiple and often confusing steps. When we checked in we had to wait 15 mins for a "staff member" to show us to our room and what looked like a 13 year old boy turned up and he got us lost half way. He offered to help with bags but he seriously couldn't be of any help due to his size and age. He also didnt show us where anything was, as we observed later when other people were checking in and were provided an adult to show them to their room. We had a chair in our room that was in the foyer part and not actually in the room - this was bizarre and who would use it there?? Don't bother using the beach club shuttle - the pool (the loungers and bar aren't on the beach) is in far worse condition than the pool at the hotel and the loungers need replacing. The pool at the hotel is far better.

Good quiet location, nice facilities and rooms. Our bathroom appeared quite new although there was mold in the grout.
Overall the property is quite dated and could use a refresh.

Boa localizacao e estacionamento gratuito aberto. Evite parar na sombra das arvores ou seu carro ficara totalmente sujo pelos passaros. 10 min caminhada do centro. Quartos amplos. Otima piscina. Excelente cafe da manha.
O hotel esta um pouco velho e precisa de algumas remodelacoes. Nao compromete mas parece um quarto apartamento antigo.
The location was amazing. The staff was very nice and helpful and breakfast was amazing.
Outdated property that needs some maintenance. Pool floor boards need replacing, moldy grout, whole facility needs some new paint and patching of walls/replacing windows.
