Very nice accommodation
Pros:

We stayed in room 34, which was located at the end of a walking path and close to the beach. We really enjoyed the layout of the room and the views from our terrace over the water. Location of the property in general was great with easy access to the national park and hiking trails. The bed was super comfortable, good WiFi, and the included breakfast was nice. We wished we stayed longer than 1 night.

Stunning location and endless fun for nature lovers
Pros:

It’s like a camp for adults- cabins and lots to do! Highly recommend. Situated on the most beautiful beach. STUNNING.

Pillows were uncomfortable- other than that. Can’t complain!

Vision and leadership missing in action
Pros:

Freycinet national park is quintessential Tasmania and we were fortunate to explore its bounty in clear blue skies and calm waters. We stayed 2 nights in a beautiful cabin(69) overlooking the water and tucked away down the end, so very quiet and secluded. And from here the magic disintegrates.
We had one evening meal which was fair to good and two breakfasts which were substandard.
Engagement with staff was varied when it comes to service.
In general we think leadership is missing for it’s responsible for creating the vision of the Lodge - what matters- and for maintaining total customer experience of that vision. Staff are not customer focused so training and supervision would help.

The complementary cuvée to celebrate our 30th wedding was a thoughtful gesture. We had a great location right next to the track to honeymoon bay. The dining experience was amazing 10/10

Fabulous weekend was had. Excellent staff, food, facilities and setting. Highly recommend!
Pros:

The rooms were beautifully decorated and so clean. The restaurant food exceptional. The staff were excellent and couldn’t do enough for us. The waterfront setting was just glorious. Everything was just perfect and we had a fabulous stay.
