Pros:

Before booking I was concerned about the size and layout of the rooms. They are laid out better and more spacious than pictures indicate. Additionally, the hotel was exceptionally clean and staff very polite.

Regrettable and disappointing are the only two words. I won't be back.
Pros:

The room was clean at least. Amenities in the room were fine. The hotel itself was fine too.

Cons:

A long list so where do I start...the staff were rude with no compassion and unprofessional (most notably Mohamed at the front desk). He had no sympathy and no agency to do anything besides appear to read from a manual on how to treat guests. The room itself was quite small and the pictures did not do justice to the size. The price for what you pay for is outrageous and I've stayed at very nice hotels - this was not worth the price.

Pros:

Its very clean and location is very convenient to tourists. Airport shuttle bus stop right next door.

Its 10-15 minutes from major tour spots and transportation.
