Pros:

No puedo opinar del hotel en sí,puesto que no me hospedé.

Cons:

Cuando llegamos, nos dijeron que había un problema con nuestra habitación y que no podrían darnosla. Como "compensación", quisieron darnos una botella de vino y una habitación de menor categoría...no aceptamos. Cancelé la reserva y me devolvieron el dinero.
Pienso que no está bien esperar a que el cliente llegue para comunicarle algo así. La "compensación" no me pareció normal.

Pros:

It was a cute little room for myself which was great since I was travelling alone. Had a great breakfast which was included and definitely a plus. The staff were very friendly and helped me book the hot air balloon!

Alles war perfekt! Zimmer, Lage, Sauberkeit :))))

Cons:

Einzige was mir nicht gefallen hat war Frühstück. Die Damen, die da gearbeitet haben, haben sich komplett um die Gäste nicht gekümmert. Wir kommen um 9:30 dort , Frühstück beginnt um 8:30 und die Hälfte vom Essen ist schon weg.

Отличное расположение в центре Гёреме. У нас был 2хярусный номер и он нам очень понравился. В номере было достаточно чисто, мы были всего 2 ночи, поэтому не могу ничего сказать касаемо уборки. Все запросы мгновенно выполнялись и сотрудники были отзывчивыми. Мы рекомендуем этот отель. Соотношение цена-качество отличное 👍🏻

Surpreende!
Pros:

Tem um visual incrível para a região da cappadocia, é perto de bons restaurante, fácil acesso, o local é super charmoso, e o maior diferencial é a equipe. O recepcionista foi muito simpático, e nos ajudou em tudo que precisamos to tempo todo.

Cons:

Pra quem é claustrofóbico o quarto pode ser um desafio, pois como é esculpido nas pedras da região, o teto é baixo e quarto é um pouco apertado, tem conforto mas é bem pequeno.

We had a great time and truly appreciated how accommodating and helpful the staff were throughout our stay.

While we enjoyed our stay, it felt a little dated, and the rooftop has potential but could be more comfortable and cleaner maybe for having breakfast, balloon watching, or enjoying the sunset.
