Clean room, clean pool, excellent food and drinks - Joe at the front desk was the best! Great with kids and very courteous and professional.

Only stayed 1 night but very pleasant experience. We lost power in our room from 3am-8am and the night staff wasn’t able to help us.

A bit far from downtown for walking. Jeff was vey accommodating. Breakfast was great and service was excellent

Clean room with cute design, and the whole design of the hotel was great. The pool vibe is extremely relaxed - no background music at all and barely any talking. They don't have a jacuzzi because the pool is "heated" but it was around 68 degrees during our stay (october, in the high 80s outside) so we couldn't actually use the pool because it was so cold. No one was in it. The Saturday dj was wonderful and elevated the atmosphere a lot (still very relaxing).

No regular TV, I told the man in the lobby, he said he would send some one but didn't. No instant coffee with caffein in room

Lovely room and stay.

This place was a surprising gem. Rooms are well appointed and clean, staff is extremely responsive via text. Great to have an on-site poolside bar. Pool and garden area is great for grabbing a glass of wine on a cabana or popping open the laptop to catch up on work. The Le Labo bath products were a great touch. Definitely will stay again.

The staff and property were delightful however the cleanliness of the room was an issue. Our room has a distinct smell and marks on our sheets which were also very wrinkled.
Our friend’s room has a shower stall full of hairs on wall, floor and wrapped around drain.
Ourselves and our friends all agreed if the hotel had better cleaning staff it would have been a 5 out of 5.

Cute and very clean hotel! We went for the Labor Day weekend and it was so nice. Definitely coming back again!

Really liked the service and the atmosphere. The pool was clean and the rooms were unique. On the other hand, we did have issues with the neighboring rooms being very noisy and being able to hear full conversations through the wall. Additionally, the parking situation was a bit cramped.

Property was clean and quiet

Walls are thin, room wasnt as clean as it could be. Bathroom had some hair on the floor and shower. Would stay again even though things could be improved on.

We were assigned our room at 5pm, a whole hour after check in. Idk what the reason for that was but maybe it had to do something with the fact that we were traveling with our dogs? Which is still odd because this hotel is pet friendly, so it shouldn’t be an issue on their end??
Other than that inconvenience, it was a delightful experience. Wished their restaurant was opened and their drinks at the bar weren’t over priced, but I’d consider staying here again for it felt clean and safe.

The hotel itself, the amenities, and the location were great! The service was not, unfortunately. Housekeeping never showed up when they said they would, and the messaging regarding how late checkout worked was inconsistent among the staff.
