Good location but the hotel was disappointing.
Pros:

Location of hotel was excellent. Room was clean

Cons:

Quality of the breakfast was poor, served on cheap disposable plates, and plastic utensils. Breakfast area was a very depressing space in the lobby. Miserable and unfriendly staff in hotel. Very loud ac unit in bedroom.

Loved our stay and would come back again.
Pros:

Location, breakfast and easy to get in and out.

Cons:

Slow elevator, would love if there was a shuttle to the cruise ports at Port Canaveral.

The location is excellent ! Ocean front rooms have a fantastic view of the pier, beach and space launches.

Cons:

Housekeeping was hit and miss, we had no housekeeping on one day, on another day we ran out of body wash and it wasn't replaced, we had to request replacement from the front desk. Disposable cups were not replenished on most days and the bedside tables and benchtops were not cleaned during our entire stay. The out of hours staff were untrained and we were checked in by an out of hours staff member who would rather have been somewhere else.

Hat uns gut gefallen da gerne wieder!
Pros:

Super Lage und ein sehr großes Zimmer auch Restaurant sind zu Fuß erreichbar . Auch das Kennedy Space Center ist sehr gut erreichbar.
Frühstück war okay.

Cons:

Leider hat das Hotel auch schon einige
Gebrauchs Spuren und eine kleine
Renovierung wäre gut

We won’t go back.
Pros:

Beach access, comfortable beds, breakfast.

Cons:

Dirty floor, very, very loud air conditioner. Pigeons swimming/cleaning in the pool. I was told by the girl at check out that all the ac’s were loud though my daughter’s wasn’t. Maybe something could be hung in the pool area to deter the birds. The floor should be vacuumed. The girl at the counter could show understanding.

Good location for a short stay
Pros:

Direct access to the beach, enough parking lots, very good breakfast, size of the rooms, pool, walking distance to restaurants close to harbor and Kennedy Space Centre, the balcony with table and chairs.

Cons:

Hotel needs some remodelling and painting, rates are rather high, Only one chair in the room.

Phenomenal views.

The balcony wasn't clean, but not a big deal. Overall, we really liked it there.
