Great view, nice pool and carpark

Cons:

Check out 11am and check in 4pm which is just way too much time and not needed to clean rooms. Not everyone checks out or in at the same time so they could do a 12 out and 2pm in like most other hotels

Had to pay for parking which also should be included

Our stay was excellent! We celebrated my husband's birthday here an it was wonderful to him and I!
Pros:

To start, the staff was wonderful!! breakfast was great each morning. Location was also great. To be by the pier and to watch rocket launchs.

Nice stay before our cruise.
Pros:

Nice location. Clean room. Looks to be updated a little. Shower curtain needs to be longer in shower stall as water went everywhere. Staff is very nice. Ana at checkin was amazing with dinner recommendations and suggested the Fish Camp and it was amazing. Within walking distance of the hotel. Beach access and next to the pier.

What a View!
Pros:

If you want a room with endless beach views, this is it! We brought our dog along and she had a great time! Restaurants nearby by are dog friendly and only a short walk away. Decor was fresh and modern. Staff is friendly and pool is very nice. We had a great time and will be back soon!

Hotel was great, reservation was not. I paid for an oceanfront room and got a room on the side of the hotel.
Pros:

The property was clean and comfortable

Cons:

The room was not oceanfront. I think this was because booking.com didn’t properly book me with the hotel

Very poor value . We left and booked into another Hotel.
Pros:

We aborted our stay and Checked into another Hotel .

Cons:

Breakfast was dreadful . No where to sit . Plastic cutlery and plates . Poor quality limited choice food .
The Hotel is very tired and tatty . We were cold and asked for blankets . These were old and scruffy.

Fantastic location with a Great View
Pros:

Fantastic location on the Beach. Right on the Cocoa Beach Pier. Well kept rooms with Beach views. Nice pool area as well. Highly recommend.

Very enjoyable pre cruise stay.
Pros:

Walking distance to shopping, eating and bars. Safe neighborhood.

Cons:

We like to stay at hotel with bar and restaurant on site. Also prefer hotel with shuttle service from airport and to cruise port.

Pros:

Great location with easy beach access. Warm swimming pool and great breakfast. Room was updated with a modern feel and everything was in working order. Checkin online was fast and made things simple upon arrival.

Cons:

Personal preference, but it would be awesome if one of the chairs on the balcony was a lounge chair.
