Great pre cruise stay!

Room overlooking cocoa beach pier and ocean was awesome. King bed super comfortable. Breakfast downstairs was good. We would stay again!

Excellent location, poor service and food.
Pros:

We really loved the location — right on the ocean, next to the pier. We stayed here before our cruise and also visited Cape Canaveral, and everything was close and easy to reach. The rooms were new, very clean, with comfortable beds and great-quality linens.

Cons:

The biggest downside was the staff attitude — very disengaged and clearly working on autopilot. Breakfast was extremely poor, with limited options and even moldy yogurt, which was unacceptable. Despite being advertised as a pool and side ocean view, the room mainly overlooked a large parking lot.

the room was excellent. the beach and the swimming pool were spot on. Breakfast catered for everyone

The staff were nice.
Pros:

The price did not reflect what a hotel for that price would be . The place was not updated. They need to replace carpet with hard floors. It was not good.
