The lady at the front desk was nice
The room had a smell to it and did not appear fully clean. The price was $400 for one night and the hotel is not worth it. The people above me stomped and walked hard all night I barely slept. I would rather sleep in my car than at this hotel ever again.
Location very convenient . We didn’t have our own car and there were 2 restaurants we could walk to. They basically shared a parking lot.

I've stayed at this hotel several times before, but this time the experience was terrible.
It looked like the previous guest had a pet, or I just don't understand where all the hair came from—it was everywhere. The carpet was covered in stains, and it felt like it hadn't been vacuumed in a long time.
Overall, I'm very disappointed with this stay and hope the hotel improves its housekeeping standards.

What’s Not To Like When I Loved It
I’ve been booking here since my daughter was 2 I’ve had no problems I just booked here for June 23-24 2026 the staff was rude they had no customer service whatsoever the moment we walked in we were greeted with attitude the lady didn’t want to try to accommodate so she walked off and had a African American employee help us and she tried her best to accommodate us! The First Lady was following us around there were two parties going on in the hotel before I arrived she stated to me you guys don’t allow parties there were two parties she watched them walk in with all their gifts and party decorations we checked in at 6pm by the time we got settled in she told us the pool closed at 7 normally closes at 10-11pm! I had two suits with 4 kids because I had tracked confetti in the hallway and was charged extra for it and I asked why we were asked to leave the guy Van began to go back and forth with us for at least 45 mins very unprofessional he stated we came in aggressive and I would really like for the cameras to be reviewed I’ll never come here again I’ve been going to Indiana and that’s where I’ll stay
The employees had no training no customer service and was just rude I’ve never seen an employee constantly going back and forth with a guest even while guest were walking in
The room was large and the beds were comfortable. The staff that I interacted with were friendly.
I got in after 9pm on a Monday, the room was kinda dark. I noticed that there was only 1 lamp in the room. The next morning I stopped at the front desk to ask about it and I was told the engineer was off that day so I couldn't get the 2nd lamp that is supposed to be in the room. I stayed through Friday and they never put a 2nd lamp in my room.
When I got back to my room Tuesday night, I noticed there was a clipped finger/toe nail near the bed. I hadn't clipped any of my nails.
While walking around on the carpet there were a lot of sticky spots.
When I was looking for the back of an earring, I discovered there was jelly under one of the beds.
When I was draining my bath, I saw a contact lens floating in the water, I still had both of mine in.
The staff was excellent!!
Employees were very nice. My grandsons were impressed. Our suite was nice. Wish we had time to swim. Breakfast was good.
