Had to change rooms- commode broke late in evening- no one available to fix it til after 9 next am

Great location! Would stay again.
Pros:

Location was perfect for us. Very convenient to Colonial Williamsburg, Old Town Williamsburg and restaurants/shops. The people at the front desk were also very friendly. The area felt very safe.

Great stay. Beware Booking.com communication failures. Book direct.
Pros:

Service was great. Easy to book, check in and out, park, and lots of space to walk my dog. We had a last minute booking and it was a breeze. Great location too.

Cons:

Not an issue with the hotel but I put a request through booking.com for an accessible room and rooms close together. Booking.com sent a confirmation that it was accepted by the hotel so I did not call. Upon check in, the host was super apologetic about them not being able to accommodate despite the site not getting them that information.

Pros:

Breakfast was good. Staff was great.

Cons:

We had a king size suite with a dumpster right outside of our window. The room was advertised with a desk.And my wife needed to work from the room and there was no desk. I have to go down to a meeting room and bring up a folding table for her.

Pros:

It was great for the price!!! The breakfast was wonderful and had plenty to choose from! The accomediation for pets was also very nice and greatly priced!

Pros:

Everyone was very friendly. The breakfast was a full breakfast. The offered free bottle waters. The people who worked there were truly happy to be there.

Pros:

Comfy bed, nice grounds. Did a little bird watching in the back and saw some fun birds.

Cons:

Front desk lack of knowledge about public trans port. They should have a grip on that.
