Convenient place to take in all that Williamsburg has to offer.
Pros:

Check in was quick. Desk person explained the amenities like hours of pool, hours for breakfast. My granddaughter loved the hot chocolate available at the front desk and thought the pool with hot tub was the greatest. Room was clean and well stocked. Never had to request a service for the room.

Great stay!
Pros:

Tina greeted me with a smile and a hello.
We were offered complimentary waters when checking in.
The room was clean, the bed and pillows were so comfortable. Plenty of bathroom supplies and coffee was offered in room. The refrigerator also worked great which is very rare in hotel rooms.
Breakfast was good and the area was kept very clean.
This was our fourth hotel on our trip, was the least expensive and was the best one.
Great job everyone! Keep it up.

Awesome stay
Pros:

Great location,clean,friendly staff, beautiful room, awesome breakfast included . Smoke free hotel. Landscape property. The front desk staff were very friendly. The cracker barrel was 1/2 mile away. Comfy bed,guest controlled AC unit. King size comfy bed with nice comforter, bathroom had extra towels an complimently body wash an shampoo.

Excellent stay
Pros:

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. My mom doesn’t walk well because her right hip needs replacing and they actually provided a wheelchair for me to get her to the room quicker. I was very amazed at that.

Cons:

Only thing was the shower as far as handicapped access is concerned. The shower chair didn’t fit in the tub properly.

Perfect home away from home!
Pros:

The staff was so friendly and professional from check in to check out. The room was clean and amenities were beyond my expectation. The breakfast was excellent, and was perfect Mother's Day experience. The waffles, eggs, and maple sausage *chefs kiss*

Cons:

Firmness of the mattress. Admittedly all members of our family woke up sore from the stiffness of the mattress.

Suites are large
Pros:

We had a large suite. The suite was a odd configuration but very large. They had coffee 24 hours. The breakfast was very good the sausage was tasty. The check in was easy and excellent . We picked our room on the app a day ahead and was on the top floor. The outside pet area is out front on the side with plenty of doggy bags . We had a great 2 days.
