Great customer experience. Thank you.
Pros:

The team came together to help me out. I was taking my son on a visit to W&M. As i was getting into my car, realized my car battery was dead. Had a member of your staff, Victoria, drive me and my son to college in time (she would not accept a tip). Adter tour and getting back go hotel, the receptionist helped me fond jumper cables and get squared away.

Much appreciated!!!

It was very comfortable, very accommodating and very clean with an extremely friendly and helpful staff
Pros:

Comfort was excellent location was exceptional, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful

Cons:

I was not excited about staying with pets. I did not realize that it was a pet friendly hotel but at least they seem to keep them on a separate floor because I was not happy about seeing dogs in the lobby. It wasn’t that many but they did keep them it seemed on in a separate area.
