This property was so nice! It was super cute and the room was updated and exceptionally clean! The beach was literally across the street! Very nice hotel staff as well! I can't wait to go back!

good location across the street from the beach in Santa Monica, decor was beachy, modern and clean, size of the room was decent
Was disappointed that we paid extra for “ocean view” but our room was on the street level so it was basically a view of the parking lot and street with a very limited view of the ocean. I think the upper floors facing the ocean should be labeled as ocean view but it’s a misleading description if you get a room on the street level. We kept our curtains drawn because people walking by. In addition, it was nice that there was a table and chairs outside our room but other people were often sitting there so it was as if people were sitting a couple of feet from our window. Another negative was that the bed was not that comfortable. A mattress update would help.
Location was good, 10 mins walk to the pier
Our room was on bottom level, we thought we had a private balcony but it was a share balcony with other guests. There was security gate on 1 end but anyone from the street could come into the balcony area & to our door from another entrance - didn't feel safe knowing that anyone could just come from the street to our door.
The location was awesome. Really close to the beach. It's $25a night for parking on-site or take your chance with the meters that are out front.
The bed was kind of hard and there was no microwave. Not a whole lot of places to put clothes if you are staying there for a bit (we stayed 5 days,4 nights).

Sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Mitarbeiter, sauber, nah zum Strand. Ruhig gelegen zum Innenhof, wie gewünscht oberes Stockwerk. Die Zimmer zum Strand haben einen Balkon, der jedoch durchgängig und damit von anderen Gästen betretbar ist.
Habe das vermeintlich ruhig gelegene Zimmer zum Innenhof gebucht, allerdings haben diese Zimmer auch ein Fenster zum Parkplatz und der größeren Strauße hinter dem Haus - war also nicht so ruhig, da ist es vorne zum Strand/Strandstrasse ev. ruhiger.
