Pros:

Staff were incredibly accomodating and helpful. Great location on the beachside close to the pier and Venice beach. The hotel offered bike hire too.

Cons:

Had a delivery person knock on our window 5am and still unsure how he got in since you need a passkey to get on the second level.

A wonderful base for exploring!
Pros:

Great location to explore Santa Monica and LA. We stayed for 2 nights and had everything we needed. The room was clean and comfortable with a well equipped bathroom - staff were super helpful!

Cons:

There was some outside noise but it was to be expected given the area. This did quieten by nighttime.

Cons:

El café….el café que dan de cortesía, que reponen todos los días ( excelente servicio) no es para nada rico, cuando menos para mi gusto

Pros:

Clean property, very good location with beach access. We were gonna pay for parking but street parking actually ended up working out. Would recommend for quick trips/long weekend.

Great value for location, safe and spotless.
Pros:

Location is perfect for exploring Santa Monica and the rest of LA. We stayed twice, first on our way into LA before a road trip and again prior to flying out.

Bueno para nuestras necesidades
Pros:

La ubicación relativamente cercana al aeropuerto LAX, lo hacen óptimo si no quieres alojarte en downtown LA. Muy buena ubicación cercana a la playa. Atención las 24 horas.

Cons:

Muchas habitaciones miran a otro edificio y el costo del estacionamiento es alto
