Emplacement idéal
Pros:

L emplacement est tout juste exceptionnel, tout près de la jetée et la chambre double propre et fonctionnelle. Personnel sympathique

Cons:

Prix un peu élevé pour un hôtel qui aurait bien besoin d'un coup de neuf pour son extérieur et une très mauvaise insonorisation. Dommage d avoir attendu 17h30 pour récupérer notre chambre au lieu de 16H.

Pros:

This hotel is 4-5 blocks from Santa Monica pier and has easy access from Ocean Drive. The staff was helpful and offered advice about activities and how to navigate the area. While the cost to park in their private lot may seem high at $30, it is not for hotels in major cities.

Cons:

The price, while comparable to other properties in the area is a high and appears to be built in the 1950-60s and shows its age.

サンタモニカビーチへのロケーションの良いモーテルタイプの宿
Pros:

サンタモニカのビーチに
近くロケーションは、とても良かったですし、部屋も充分な広さで設備も整っていました。

Cons:

食事する場所が無いのと、週末だった事もあり、外や他のお客さんが夜中に騒がしい時がありました。部屋自体が外に直接面していた角部屋（2階）だったので、防犯上の不安も少々感じていました。
