Giusto rapporto qualità-costo
Pros:

Buona posizione,abbiamo soggiornato nel periodo dell'alluvione di settembre,con i disagi che ne sono conseguiti per la viabilità dell'isola e la situzione delle spiagge.
L'offerta rispecchia la categoria dell'hotel,colazione buona con frutta,dolci,yogurt,cereali,etc...La proprietaria prepara al momento le richieste del bar,molto buono il cappuccino.
Abbiamo chiesto un cambio di camera ed è stata accolta la nostra richiesta con celerità,senza supplemento.

Everything was Perfect in our room top left but the room on the right unfortunately had a very bad smell. Perhaps it was just the timing but it was very bad. Apart from that everything was Perfect the property, the Style, the vicinity to the Beach and the nice Lady.

Cons:

A localização não era bem explicada na hora de agendar , a limpeza do local era pessima , o café da manhã bem restrito e sempre com talheres sujos nas mesas. Atendimento tbm deixou a desejar, e a logística não é de um hotel e sim de um b&b. Não indicaria o hotel pois , o custo benefício não existe algum. A praia mais próxima como diz no anúncio, é um lugar pequeno mas a água não era limpa . Pra ficar no hotel vc precisa levar água ou qualquer coisa pra comer pq ali não oferece nada nem mesmo pra vc comprar, o único estabelecimento próximo é uma Tratoria mas, bem limitada.

Pros:

Struttura molto accogliente e rilassante. Un'oasi di pace. Posizione strategica e comoda per raggiungere Portoferraio ed esplorare l'isola. Colazione abbondante e variegata. Camera spaziosa in un casale dal tipico carattere toscano. Staff molto disponibile e pronto a soddisfare le richieste dell'ospite.

Cons:

La reception non è sempre operativa. Credo chiuda una volta effettuati tutti i check-in ma data la tipologia di struttura è un elemento assolutamente trascurabile.

Gemütliches Landhaus mit fantastischer Lage und Strand
Pros:

Die Lage ist einfach fantastisch, dicht am Meer und gleich vor der Haustür ein tolles kleines Restaurant

Cons:

Manchmal ist einfach das Wasser weg und bei der Toiletten Spülung musste man bis zu 10 x mal pumpen bis es wirklich gespült hat
