It was the worse stay I have ever had.
Pros:

The hot tub water was colder than the pool. The heat in my room was really hot and seemed stuck. I had to turn heat off and turn on air conditioner to get the room temperature down to not being a sauna in the room. In the morning there was no hot water!!! This was the last straw.

Cons:

Hot tub cold. Heat not working in my room, would not turn down. No hot water in the bathroom. Very bad stay!!!!!

Clean, nice, seems new. Great location to have walking distance to 5 restaurants.
Pros:

Breakfast was very acceptable for being hotel breakfast.

Cons:

Front desk staff could be a little more attentive. Vs call this number if no one is at the desk, let it ring out for them to only be the next room over behind the wall. And still wait five minutes for their conversation and within earshot.

good stay... could easily get to very good with a little extra effort
Pros:

bfast good, nice decor, large, clean room, great pillows and sheets

Cons:

light out in bathroom, mattress was iffy, tv remote would not work, but staff did it get it working after an hour

Pros:

The blinds were broken, we could not have privacy.

Cons:

If the blinds would have worked. There was also a drunk party being loud and obnoxious. Someone tried to get into a fight with me.
