I booked a room with a let out sofa and it had no mattress and i was refused a rollaway bed.

Cons:

Front desk was very rude and more concerned with his social media followers than the fact the sofa was missing a mattress one that was needed, he has so many followers his job is not as important( his words), not to mention as i was wanting in lobby to speak with the police because he said he called, i noticed he reacted differently to ppl of different color.

I called the hotel for the late check in and the receptionist was very glad to help 🌹

Worst hotel location ever, they are not clean.
Pros:

Bed bugs everywhere in my room….very bad for business

Cons:

My kids and I were bit by bedbugs. We had a horrible experience, we are currently still traumatized from this incident.staff even told me they had a previous incident in the same floor. We need to be compensated for more than just the stay. We need to be compensated for the trauma, the severe itching, big inconvenience overall and so much more!

Don’t stay!
Pros:

I had an experience with the front desk that blew my mind when it happened. The toilet was clogged and they had my girl go down and grab their used plunger to unclog their toilet. They said there was no staff. But they were at the front desk doing nothing and there weee maids in every hallway. Not what I expected form what I thought was a nicer hotel chain. The staff is really a disgrace to the IHG hotel chain. The no contact from the hotel to attempt to rectify the situation is very unprofessional. I stay at hotels 5 out of 7 nights a week for work and have chose to stay at a different hotel chain since this never got resolved by both the hotel management, owners, and IHG staff.

Paid way too much for a sub par stay

Breakfast was unsatisfactory. Juice machine was broken, items in refrigerator section such as yogurt were out of stock, one of the coffee machines were down. Not what I expected at a Holiday Inn.

Overall, my day was great great customer service place was nice clean breakfast is good. Will stay there again.

That it was in a nice area. Breakfast was wonderful place was clean.

Cons:

The pool have too much bleach in the Jacuzzi to the point it bleach, my swimsuit and my kids
