It was quiet at night
The bed was comfortable
No walk in shower and no hold bars on tub.
Bathroom color was a weird green and the lighting was poor.
The breakfast choices were all the cheapest possible and the kitchen area was messy.
Location and clean
The water turned cold while taking a shower.
Bed was comfortable, quiet, everything worked properly
The breakfast was not good. No one was attending to the food. Sausage was like rubber, biscuits were hard, tator tots were cold, eggs were tasteless, gravy was decent. More attention to the breakfast and better quality would help this location compete with Comfort Inn!
The bathroom and shower were good.
The sofa bed was disgusting!
The room is described as King Suite...its a Motel Room with a king bed shoveled into it. There was no room to move around or get comfortable. The AC unit was loud and barely kept the room comfortable to sleep in. The breakfast was absolutely terrible and tasted like instant food from a microwave. It was obvious the staff needs training in Hospitality Engagement and Services.
Location.
The room smelled kinda musty, the shower had brown stains along the bottom, the door wouldn’t shut completely, I was charged twice.
There was hot water surprisingly.
When we opened the door to our room the smell came rushing out. It smelled like a wet towel that had been sitting crunched up for days. Everything felt damp in the room. The smell never went away. Even the carpet felt wet. Also, the first night we stayed we had to go down and get a plunger. The plumbing is old.
Good location, off the main highway so nice and quiet.
Nothing - it was great!
The bed (mattress, pillows, etc) was best I've experienced.
No extra toilet paper or kleenex in room.
Good price and locatioon
The employee at check in was asleep in the office behind the counter snoring very loudly. I had to ring the bell 7 times before she woke up and came out. When she finally did come out she was falling asleep standing up at the computer while she was trying to check me in. I watched her fall asleep and start to snore during the process.
When I was finally checked in, she put me in a room that was not ready and still in the process of being cleaned. I had to change rooms to a lesser room.
It’s close to many restaurants and shopping.
It seems like they were using my room as storage. There were multiple lamps on the window side of the bed, like 3 floor lamps. Also the rod was broken off the curtain and was just sat in the corner. The next time I was gonna book to stay there, the price jumped $45 a night. Not staying in a storage room for $125 a night.
