我住了三天，觉得位置不错，风景也不错，但是我们一家四口，太小了，客厅和房间都小，而且很旧了，很多设施都很旧，排气扇一直响，马桶很难冲下去，厨房设施也很旧不太完善，卫生情况一般，厕所有点味道

It was quiet and we got a free upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment with an amazing view over the lake.Free parking.Great shower pressure.
Steep driveway but still managed to park. Bed was a bit hard.
The views from the hotel are the highlight and what initially sold us to book a room with them overseeing the lake. The apartment was spacious and had a nice layout. Staff seemed very friendly
Initially when I booked the property, they kept trying to take payment the day after I booked the hotel even though it was pay later through booking.com causing transaction issues on my account as I didn't leave funds in that account.
We turned up fairly early at 11 and left our bags in the reception area in the open as I don't think they had luggage storage, I did try and message them originally about it but didn't get a response. When we did come back to check in, we were ushered across the car park into the corner of the hotel close to reception into a basement apartment.
The guy that helped us was very friendly and helpful with bags. He did state it was newly refurbished. But however it was not and seemed like it was lost about 20-30 years time plus most of the fixtures and fittings seemed tired. More so, it seemed as like a staff quarters. Came across as if we've just been put into a backup apartment. It was quite dark throughout as there was no windows to the rear. A large glass window at the front which you can partially see the view of the lake and mountains.
I will say it did come across as very budget and cost cutting for instance coffee pods where an additional $1.50 each and were only provided with one. Whereas other places we stayed for a lot less and given free. The WiFi worked initially for the first few hours then completely packed up for the remainder of the stay.
I've had much better stays and just didn't think it reflected the price point we booked. Also not what we were sold when we booked the property initially. Just came across as maximum profit from the hotel for a minimal stay.
Location and views.
Few areas could do with a dust, else a very comfortable stay, with wonderful lake views

거의 없지만, 화장실/욕실의 커튼이 잘 가려지지 않는 부분이 있어서 아쉽습니다.

The bathroom was dirty but also the photos did not represent the bathroom accurately - it is more of a shoebox

The view was amazing, we could see a beautiful lake and snow-capped mountains from our accomodation.
One of the showers didn't drain properly and the carpets were quite dusty. One of the guests thought they were coming down with a cold because they had a runny nose and were sneezing. Once we left, their symptoms disappeared. The driveway was a steep labyrinth but outdoor parking was provided on a level surface.

Wonderful apartment with breathtaking view to the lake. Very clean, spacious and well-equipped. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful walk to town centre.
Air con in the bedrooms downstairs
The apartments are huge with a beautiful setting overlooking Lake Wakatipu. 20 min walk around the lake into town.
It was very unloved with old pieces of furniture, bathroom mould, dirty saucepan sand cracked mismatched crockery
