no lift system, taking the 23kg bag to the room was the issues, take me a long time to get my bag to the room, no staff help for the bag to be moved in and out of the room

Absolutely beautiful stay and…. the view!!!!!
Pros:

The view completely blew us away, the beds were super comfortable, we enjoyed the beautiful products in the bathrooms, staff were lovely. We stayed in apartment 2 which had 3 bedrooms and was absolutely lovely. So happy we booked.

Cons:

The gas fireplace wasn’t working.

Amazing view - A well contained and cozy apartment.
Pros:

Our room (2 bedroom apartment) was great. It was perfect for 4. The apartment had everything we needed. The view from the lounge room and main bedroom were amazing. The heating was great as we travelled in the winter months.

Cons:

We loved everything about this property. If I had to pick something, it would be the driveway into the property and around the property was quite steep.

Loved the views and facilities - but very cold apartment.
Pros:

The location/proximity to the CBD, great views, the facilities were exceptional - however the heating was Non-existent! We arrived without any heaters being turned on, windows open and the heating was as previously stated - no good. The electric heating took overnight to get a small amount of chill out of the place.

Cons:

As previously expressed, the heating was just non-existent for this time of the year. No other heating was available.

My stay offered some beautiful moments, but also several issues that are important for future guests to know

The view was absolutely stunning — truly breathtaking, with sweeping sights of the lake and the mountains. The staff were fantastic. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, and their kindness really stood out. Thank you to the team for your efforts.

Cons:

These apartments should not be advertised as luxury. Each unit has a different owner, and although Mantra manages them, the quality completely depends on whether the individual owner has put any pride, care, or attention into their apartment.

Apartment 15 was extremely basic. The dryer filter kept falling into the clean clothes, leaving dust everywhere.
Apartment 16 was a bit more modern, but still nowhere near “luxury.” Their website claims the one‑bedroom apartments include underfloor heating and a heated towel rail, this is incorrect, as neither feature was present.
Friends of ours stayed in a two‑bedroom apartment at the same time and also agreed it was not a luxury apartment.

They were disappointed as well.

Overall, the standard varies wildly between units, and none of the apartments we experienced matched the luxury description.
