Please note the bar and restaurant on the ground floor will be closed until for refurbishment until 31 August 2019.

The hotel, room by room is also going through a refurbishment program from July 2019 until September 2019. During this time the hotel will be still open as the contractors will be working on one room at a time.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

It was fine but you need to be careful.
Pros:

Good location.

Cons:

It’s rather a rough crowd in this hotel. Let’s just say I was in the hotel for 30 minutes and got a knock on my door looking to see if I knew where some lady was in the hotel. I would suggest you keep your door locked.

Pros:

Lovely warm room. Staff was helpful when I went for my keys

Cons:

The fan in the bathroom wasn't strong. Bathroom over warm when I was having my bath. There are no plug sockets near the bed. In 3c, so could hear the door in the corridor banging continuously.

Lovely room
Pros:

Very helpful lady at the bar. Helped me get my key. Gorgeous room. Stayed in room 12. I loved the fireplace! Comfy bed. Fantastic location

Cons:

The only downside for me was that the plug socket could be slightly nearer to the bed. I like my phone next to me. But it could quite reach when I was charging it

Pros:

Really enjoyed my stay did not appreciate the cleaner lady repeatedly coming to my door about one of my extra charge payments an asking me to leave when I had already sorted out this payment wasn't high light of my day an then we still left early so dint even have to pay half of the extra charge in first place other then that all the rest of staff an the hotel in general 10 out of 10

Cons:

Couldn’t access the hotel when we arrived. Hadn’t been told the key code for the external door and no staff are on site except for 2 hours between checkout and check in. The phone number on the door was a dead line and the bar below the hotel was closed. Took 20 minutes to gain access by a lady who was a customer there - only then could we get our room keys from the box inside .
The whole hotel smelled strongly of curry
