Lovely hotel in a great location.
Pros:

Location is great. Staff are lovely. Room spacious and clean. Good breakfast. Overall really good value for money.

Cons:

The check in process was excessive. They wanted more information than our visa application. Also wanted to see our eta form which surely is unnecessary after the visa is granted. Kept the passport for ages , they could have scanned and used the scan for the info like other hotels do.

Fabulous hotel with exceptional staff
Pros:

Everything, place was clean and staff were attentive and professional without being overbearing. They were so kind in helping us make telephone calls following the airspace shutdown and cancellation of flights.
They make this an exceptional hotel that I have returned to for the past 8 years.
I wouldnt stay anywhere else in Mumbai ... outstanding and very reasonably priced
