Decent stay, not bad neither great

Overall it’s fine. Polite staff and friendly.
Breakfast options were limited, but ok for the price you pay or if it’s complementary.

Cons:

I booked 2 rooms two nights for a stay which just lasted 24 hours[5am to 5 am] for a family of 4. Which is kinda overkill, but that’s how the Mumbai hotels operate. They take max opportunity to take your money. But when they knew you booked for family, they could have accommodated a family room.

Lift was small and felt a little weird that there is a lift man always in the lift, so limiting number of people who can go at a time.
The key is linked to the light and ac. So when you step out, the AC is turned off and when you come back and badly need ac, it takes time to cool down.

Cons:

The hotel allocated us a different room, which turned out to be one of the worst rooms in the property. Even after requesting multiple times, the staff were not willing to change the room. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.

Central, clean, friendly, hassle-free!
Pros:

I stay here every time I visit Bombay - from the chaps on the ground floor there to assist with bags etc, the lift-man, reception staff, room cleaners - everyone is wonderful. And you feel safe too.

Cons:

The roof terrace could be made in to something fabulous (currently not a facility).

Worth it for a simple living
