Lebensgefahr! Offene Steckdosen & Kabel. Ansonsten dreckig & Schimmel.

Cons:

Lebensgefahr! Offene Steckdosen & Kabel, offensichtlich keine Fluchtwege (nur eine Holztreppe & Mini-Aufzug), undichte Feuerschutztüren. Tapete löst sich ab (Schimmel?), Dusche undicht, Küche im Frühstücksraum wirklich eklig und dreckig (siehe Fotos), der Safe war nicht befestigt sondern stand lose im "Schrank" (der eher ein Regal war, da die Türe fehlte). Im Nichtraucherzimmer lag eine halb-gerauchte Zigarette. Es gab nur eine Steckdose im Zimmer, die aber so locker war, dass man hier mit einer Mehrfachsteckdose improvisierte, da man ansonsten die offenen Kabel in der Hand hätte. Betten waren OK, zumindest optisch.

Im Speiseraum hing eine Steckdose mit 220V frei heraus. LEBENSGEFAHR, insbes. für Kinder.

Andere Gäste berichteten von Schimmel und defekten Zimmerkarten.

Personal wirkt ziemlich demotiviert, tippseln die ganze Zeit am Handy oder telefonieren lautstark.

Leider kann ich keine Fotos raufladen (Fehler auf der Booking-Seite), sonst würde ich all das belegen.

Sehr enttäuschend:
• Unfreundliches Personal
• Sauberkeit nicht in Ordnung
• Zimmer sehr klein, dunkel und hat gestunken
• Heizung war kaputt (viel zu kalt für mein Baby)
• Entspricht überhaupt nicht den Bildern

Ich würde es für Familien auf keinen Fall empfehlen.

Pros:

Great location.
Walking distance from transport and areas such as Montmartre and the Grandes Boulevards.
Rooms cosy and warm.
Breakfast included in the reservation (good if you have starvo kids!).
Lovely breakfast staff (thank you Shayma).

Cons:

A room for three people (kids room, three children 14 and under) only had two single beds and two pillows; when asked for an additional pillow we were told they were fully booked and did not have additional pillows. Eventually we found a (small, thin) cushion thrown into our room but that was neither thick enough not clean, so my son ended up folding up a blanked and using it as a pillow.

The key mechanism for our room broke and our key stopped working after the first night (we stayed three nights). Every time we wanted in our room we had to borrow the passpartout from the concierge and bring it back immediately.
The kids room had a broken toilet seat.
Not enough toiletries
Not enough tables in the breakfast area to accommodate the number of guests.

В целом все неплохо учитывая цена/качество.
Pros:

Отличное расположение и на последнем этаже с окна видно башню, что очень порадовало!

Cons:

Одно окно не открывалось и почему-то только 1 работающая розетка в номере.

tres bon sejour je le recommande.
Pros:

chambre correcte, petit déjeuner très bien garni. hôtel très bien situé, cela nous a permis de faire certaines visites à pied.
Au niveau tarif chambre qualité prix corrects.

Cons:

le lavabo un peu petit pas trop de place pour poser le nécessaire de toilette.
