Clean and comfortable, but a theft incident in the room was very disappointing and concerning.

The breakfast spread was great, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained.

Cons:

My parents recently stayed at this hotel, and while the room was clean and the breakfast was good, we had a very concerning experience that needs serious attention.

During their stay, their luggage was left in the room while they went down for breakfast. When they returned, they discovered that their luggage had been opened and several items were missing, including USB chargers and accessories (worth over RM300).

They reported this to reception immediately. However, the response was limited to checking with housekeeping staff, and no further follow-up or investigation was conducted. This was very disappointing.

This is a serious security issue. Guests should feel safe leaving their belongings in their rooms, and incidents like this should not be treated lightly. At a minimum, we would expect a more thorough investigation and clearer communication on next steps.

We hope the hotel takes this matter seriously, reviews its internal security procedures, and ensures better protection for future guests.

Smooth sailing
Pros:

Convenient in terms of location. Grab to Go is allowed, making it super convenient as we needed to leave very early at 6am.

Great stay again!
Pros:

Location is great. Staff are overall excellent. Food is good at breakfast and in the cafe. The young lady who checked us out (sorry, forgot hername) was super friendly too. She is an asset to your front office team!

Cons:

Check in was less than average, still friendly but the lady didnt add my ihg number on to my booking unlike last time. They room we had previous stay was must better than this stay too.

早餐选择很多，大陆人可以选择到合适口味的餐食，
住宿房间挺大的，洗澡水压也很大
住宿的地理位置的话，走到加雅街大概1.5KM，但是在大太阳天下，还是有些难走的

Amazing staff!!

Pros:

Cons:

We requested for a full bed but they were fully booked of the queen bed rooms so we got 2 single beds instead.
