This is the most cozy stay I’ve ever experience with a helpful hoteliers
Pros:

The location were strategic, the hotel perfectly balances elegant luxury with a cozy, welcoming energy. The staff were friendly too. I got help by the hotelier named Nuraisyah and she make sure I know everything I needed to know. She was so helpful, I’m so glad I asked help from her

Pros:

The location and the room space

Cons:

During our check-in, one of the counters didn't help properly due to our breakfast supposed to be free for 2 people per room instead of 1 free breakfast per room but according to the booking.com that we applied from online the room was free breakfast for 2 people per room.

A Wonderful Stay Once Again
Pros:

I stayed here in 2023, and I’m happy to say the service has remained consistently excellent. The breakfast offers a great variety and is perfect for a relaxing staycation. A special thanks to Tina for her outstanding room service—she was attentive, friendly, and made my stay even more enjoyable.

Comfortable stay, great service and good location
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. When we asked for more bottled water, they gave us plentiful. The room was well cleaned every day. We were allocated a room that was quite and away from the main road. Location was great - near to eating places and shops. We arrived late at night, and it was handy to be able to eat in the hotel restaurant at a reasonable price. Just before we left, we wanted our luggage weighed, and the staff at reception, Sherman, was most helpful with this.

Cons:

It was good to have breakfast included in our booking. The breakfast could be better with more variety. The watermelon and papaya served everyday were not too fresh.

Hotel with spacious, clean room & efficient housekeepers
Pros:

My 5-day stay at Holiday Inn Express was simply great. Right from the spacious & clean bedroom, efficient & polite front desk staff, delicious & yummy breakfast spread. Special mention to be given to housekeepers - Faseha and Masniah. Throughout my stay, they ensured my room was clean and tidied everyday; the toiletries and bottled water were always topped up. Well done 👍
