Pros:

Super schönes Hotel mit einem sehr schönen Wellness- und Fitnessbereich.
Das Essen Frühstück sowie die HP waren spitze.
Der Nachmittagskuchen war echt lecker.

Cons:

Leider war das Bad recht klein.

Fantastisch hotel, verdient zijn hoge kwotering op Booking.com, wij gaan nog eens terug !

Bijzonder vriendelijk en attent personeel, uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet met lekkere producten, betaalbare wijnen, uitgebreide dinerkaart met meerdere mogelijkheden, tussendoor nog buffetje rond de middag en taartenbuffet in de namiddag, een overdekt terras om te eten en drinken, geweldige spa-faciliteiten, mooie mogelijkheden met kinderen, doorgedachte details overal, rustige ligging met prachtig panorama

Cons:

Niets. Je moet al echt in de kleine details gaan zoeken om dingen te vinden die tegenvallen.

Dejligt sted med venligt personale og god betjening. Gratis parkering og opladning af elbil for €
Pros:

Dejligt sted - både morgen- og aftensmad er virkeligt god. Kagebuffet om eftermiddagen er ganske fin men der skal tilkøbes kaffe eller te hvilket jeg syntes er lidt nærigt med tanke på priserne for overnatningen.
Spa- og wellenessafdelingen er super skøn.

Cons:

Rygning - der måtte ryges på altaner og i den udendørs-restaurent. Det var temmeligt ubehageligt og irriterende når man er ikke ryger. Det var varmt under vores ophold og værelset på den ene side havde rygere boende som kæderøg sent om aftenen hvilket fik vores værelse til at lugte.

Das Zimmer war super. Der Ausblick auf die Berge einfach top. Der Poolbereich war okay. Der Wellnessbereich war gut.
Das Abendessen war sehr gut und die anderen Mahlzeiten die es dazu gab auch top.

Cons:

Die Anbindung an die Stadt (Schönau) war nicht so gut. Der Weg ins Tal ist nur über die Straße (Fußweg) möglich, welche 2,5 km erfasst. Kein direkter Wanderweg runter nach Schönau möglich.
Zu wenig Liegen draußen im Sommer. Keine Klimaanlage auf dem Zimmer.

Personale gentile e disponibile. Zona wellness ben organizzata e pulita. Ottima qualità del cibo sia a pranzo che a cena.

Cons:

Avrei apprezzato un materasso e dei cuscini un po’ più comodi, ma si tratta di una preferenza personale

Spectator Soulful location
Pros:

Fabulous attention to detail. The customer was King. Food was excellent. Wellness facilities were superb. The location was incredibly peaceful and soulful. As we were celebrating a special anniversary, we were made to feel very well looked after. Totally recommend this hotel.

Cons:

Bathroom was small. Smokers were enabled to smoke in the outside terrace where meals were served. Felt at odds with the wellness theme.
