Reliable and pleasant experience overall.
Pros:

Friebdly and helpful staff. Good breakfast selection. Close to highway onramps

Cons:

I was on a noisy floor which allowed pets. I was given a pet friendly room (not my choice) because it was the only room acailable at check in.

Nice location
Pros:

It was a nice property and great facilities.

Cons:

It didn’t seem like the bed was fully cleaned. There was little pieces of debris (lint, crumbs, something) on the bed sheet inside.

We brushed it away and hoped for the best since it was late when we returned.

Our stay was pleasant and functional.
Pros:

Breakfast was good with a variety of options: eggs, pork sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal, yogurt & juices. There was a nice coffee, tea and hot chocolate station just down the hall from out first floor room. The staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The room was basic, furniture outdated, pillows hard, but the beds were comfortable. Some decorating touches, like nice pictures, would go a long way to brighten and cheer up the room.

Nice and comfortable except pillows I should have brought my own . And the vanity area was terrible
Pros:

The room was nice, bed was comfortable. Very friendly staff

Cons:

Pillows were not soft woke up with a very sore stiff neck. The lights were to dim. As a elderly person I need better light especially the sink area

Typical cheaply built, poorly maintained La Quinta with extra penny pinching management
Pros:

Run down and in need of renovating. Typical cheaply built, small and ugly La Quinta. Breakfast was not well maintained and a staff member cut in front of a guest without an apology. Is further watering down the oatmeal such an urgent task that being rude is OK?

Most disappointing is the penny pinching here. I have status with Wyndham that comes with free upgrades and booked direct. Upon checking in at 9pm for a single night stay, I was unable to get a suite upgrade despite one being available. There policy is to not upgrade anyone, and the suites go empty instead. Why be part of the Wyndham program if you're not going to honor the benefits?

Cheapness extends to the breakfast, which seems to be intentionally low stocked, and electricity, with lights on timers like in a prison.

Woman at the front desk was nice, but couldn't compensate for the poor operations and bad leadership of this hotel.

The GM sent me an templated apology email after I submitted a complaint but then couldn't be bothered to respond to a follow-up question.

Great staff, and room!
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay! The location was excellent, and the overall setting felt just right. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Noise levels were minimal, making it easy to relax. I also really enjoyed the breakfast, and the pool and hot tub were great with no issues at all. Thank you for a pleasant experience!
