The lobby was awesome.

Cons:

I think an outdoor sitting area with plants but not by the main entrance would be a great improvement. Out back somehow. ? I saw some tables outside but they were not inviting.

Loved all but the room view given.
Pros:

Very comfortable room. Decor was great throughout the lobby and room. Good dining options. Walkable to town.

Cons:

Booked Mountain View room. While I could see the mountain, it was a restricted view between the hotel building and the building next door. Also had text the day before arrival to secure early arrival with an added fee, but upon arrival we were told the room was not ready and we would be text message when ready. Fine, we went to get lunch in the pub but never got texted. We came back to the hotel after 3pm and got checked in.

The hotel feels like it’s trying to be more than it is.
Pros:

Location is great.
We did have a big room.

Cons:

No help with the luggage, bathrooms in lobby were locked and need a code, no noise blocker for door to room so you can hear everything in the hallway.
