So convenient to Mannheim Hauptbahnhof!!
Pros:

The staff were super friendly and so helpful when we discovered that we had the wrong train tickets for an early am departure to Frankfurt airport. They showed us the train we needed and where to go to see if we could exchange tickets. I love that the hotel is connected to the train station by track 12,making this super easy toaccess the main trains but also the local trams.

The room had AC which was appreciated as it was low 80F, 30sC and the lounge area was very large. The shower was also large.
