Entspannter Rückzugsort mitten in Mannheim
Pros:

Das Frühstückspersonal war unglaublich freundlich! Eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Die Lage zum Hbf ist nicht zu toppen! Auch mit dem Auto sehr sehr einfach zu erreichen. Das Hotel ist trotzdem sehr ruhig und entspannt.

Very comfy and peaceful
Pros:

Completely silent although literally next to bahnhof, clean and modern, most comfortable bed and finally a well lighted bathroom!

Pros:

We were travelling by train and this was an overnight stop for us. The hotel is minutes away from the station, once you get your bearings. For the price we paid the hotel was exceptional! The staff were very friendly and helpful and our room was spotless, comfortable and quiet. We went in search of an evening meal in the area near the hotel and found a local bar/restaurant The Zwei Hasen serving delicious food, and very welcoming of travellers with limited German - a real find!
The breakfast was excellent, and once again the staff were very friendly and efficient.

Nicht für Leute die mehr als eine emotionslose Übernachtung erwarten
Cons:

Personal der Reception (Zusagen wurden nicht eingehalten, angespannt, überfordert)
Bar war bei voll ausgebuchtem Hotel geschlossen.
Wenn man was trinken will muss die Rezeptionistin ihre Arbeit unterbrechen, zum verschlossenen Kühlschrank gehen und dem Gast eine Flasche herausgeben.
Einfache emotionslose Ausstattung des Hotels insbesondere im Aufenthaltsbereich unten.
Null Erlebnisfaktor im Hotel.
Und auch nicht um das Hotel herum (HBF und Wohngebiet).
