Cons:

В номере не убрано, везде толстый слой пыли, крышка унитаза грязная. Такое ощущение, что там давно никто не убирался. Постельное белье не свежее, пыльное. И вишенка на торте: под кроватью фекалии кота. У всех нас чесались носы, дочь-аллергик пила таблетки. Короче, еле дождались утра. Хотели выспаться с дороги, а не получилось(

Best Hostess I’ve ever met !
Pros:

I can’t understand the bad review. Mariana is the best host I’ve ever met. Her hospitality is awesome. Breakfast, Lunch (her Khinkali are crazy delicious). Wifi works ! Bed is comfortable. A private bathroom for this price is absolutely amazing. Worth it ? Absolutely YES ! I recommend the hotel and of course Mariana to everyone. Enjoy it :) Thank you, didi maldoba Mariana.

Disappointing.
Cons:

Met by someone who did not look like they were happy to have customers. As someone who has moved to Georgia, this was not out of place as customer service is non existent. I'm used to it but my friends from another country were quite taken aback by the non-welcoming attitude. A smile and a happy face goes a long way to welcoming weary travellers.

Pros:

Hotel Mariana is a MUST if you are planning to stay in Kutaisi! Great location, neat, clean, amazing host that goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. Food store and pharmacy located on the premises. You can't ask for anything better!

Pros:

Host refused to accommodate us , said that room are not free , never apologised so we had to look for other accomodation
