Pros:

Gostamos da hospedagem, hotel típico com recepção prestativa e amaável. Novo quarto precisou de acesso com escada após o terceiro andar do elevador, mas sem problemas para nossa mobilidade com malas. Atendimento excelente no café da manhã, bem completo e saboroso. Excelente como hotel em cidade base para passeios na costa Amalfitana.

Pros:

Hotel muy bien situado para desconectar.
Pros:

El hotel en general está muy bien. El personal super atento y simpático. La piscina climatizada un inventazo sobre todo para los niños.

Cons:

Lo mas incómodo fue el parking que es muy pequeño y hay que andar solicitando que quiten coches para poder sacar el tuyo.

My overall experience was good . They have good breakfast menu and staff was also very helpful and friendly.
Pros:

The location is the property is good. Very beer to port and station walking distance.
Also food drinks coffee shops available near by . Overall location was good.

Cons:

The room facility was not good like it’s was very simple basic a simple bathroom with a lamp. There was no comfort beds, electric cattle etc… we feel like it’s very basic hotel or travel lounge.

It was in a location place to explore Sorrento with everything walking distance. They also had a private swimming pool

Cons:

We slept really well the first night but for the other 3 there seemed to be some really loud guests which checked in and every night they made noise at about 11pm and 3-4am which meant I didnt sleep very well. The walls aren't sound proof. If the walls were sound proof then the property would be the most perfect property.

BRILLIANT HOTEL
Pros:

We have stayed in severahotels in Sorrento which are considered to be much better, and are also more expensive.This hotel is up there with and just as good in many ways.
We chose this hotel due to location which is great. It is a fabulous hotel. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Rooms are fantastic. We stayed in a sea view room with a balcony which is definitely worth the upgrade. Breakfast was amazing with English breakfast and lovely pastries on offer plus fruit, yoghurts etc. There was a wide choice on offer. The pool restaurant is good at lunchtime and bar staff all very friendly and efficient.
