We travel often, but this was one of the most impressive and memorable dining experiences we’ve ever had. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was pleasant and inviting.
A big shout-out to the Egyptian Chef Ahmed. Thank you for your kindness and incredible food. My dish was so delicious, beautifully made, and full of flavor. His warm smile and welcoming personality made our dining experience truly special. You truly made our visit unforgettable. We’ll definitely be coming back!

We enjoyed our stay, the room was spacious and comfortable. We didn't get to try out the breakfast or other facilities. I would like to suggest fitting ceiling fans so the aircon doesn't need to be run so much (our aircon was quite loud). Also, there was a faint smell of stale smoke - I am a fan of non smoking floors. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

During a recent family trip from Abu Dhabi to Dubai, we encountered significant difficulties at a hotel due to the unexpected absence of my son's Emirates ID. Our unplanned trip necessitated an unscheduled medical appointment in Dubai, and consequently, we had not booked a hotel in advance. My son's Emirates ID was at his school in Abu Dhabi. The hotel refused to accommodate us without his physical ID, despite presenting a UAE Pass copy as proof of identity and guardianship. We appealed to the hotel manager, explaining the circumstances and our parental guardianship, but our request was denied with unprofessional and unacceptable language. The manager's response, stating he would not risk a 50,000 AED fine, was both discourteous and inappropriate. This interaction significantly impacted our family and left us with a deeply negative impression of the hotel's customer service and management. I would not recommend this hotel to other families. The manager's unprofessional conduct raises serious concerns about the overall standards of the establishment.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Reviera Hotel in Dubai, and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish.

The hotel itself is immaculate, reflecting high standards of cleanliness and comfort. Its prime location is undoubtedly one of the best, making it a perfect choice for travelers. The food was nothing short of excellent, offering a delicious international buffet infused with the rich flavors of Middle Eastern cuisine. The breakfast chef was not only highly professional but also genuinely caring—engaging with every guest, explaining the dishes, and even personally ensuring the dining area was perfectly maintained.

The hospitality at Reviera Hotel is truly remarkable. Without hesitation, I would rate the entire staff five stars—from the exceptional hotel manager, Mr. Mustapha, to the dedicated porter, Omar. Mr. Mustapha's professionalism and kindness stood out when I faced an issue with my booking due to an honest mistake. I had unintentionally selected the wrong dates through a third-party platform (Expedia), but he graciously approved the cancellation and even reached out to Expedia on my behalf. His generosity extended beyond this gesture, as he personally invited me for tea at his desk—a level of hospitality I had never experienced at any other hotel before.

Really pleased with the service offered, kind and welcoming staffs. The hotel goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is worthwhile. Not the most modern but it has lots of character and charm.
Nice location in the bustling Baniyas road, close to the creek and Metro station with cab hailing just outside the hotel, 12mins drive to the airport at low traffic times.

Fabulous place to stay in Dubai if you like staying in the local area . Loved the view from our balcony over the creek watching all the local boats. Lovely authentic old hotel. Service was very good,.Older style hotel but very comfortable.Highly recommended

I loved the whole Arabian themed decor, my creek view was beautiful. The only thing I didn’t like so much was the no parking. It made it difficult to get a taxi.

An older hotel, it seemed, but very well kept and with a lot of interesting character. Everything was very clean, staff friendly and efficient, room spacious and breakfast interesting, delicious and well presented. I recommend this hotel, if you want something with more of an older Arabic character and different from the modern style.

It was an great location for my neefs ,great staff,great food,sooks walking distance Dubai creek a cross the street. They even suprissed me with a delicious chocolate cake for my birthday 🎂 thank you everyone for your hospitality!!!

The hotel was very responsive to our overall experience and made sure that we were attended to - even upgraded our room, which we appreciated. The view from the hotel is also gorgeous. The only downside is that the hotel has no parking space, which we should have paid more attention to upon booking. The hotel, though, sent us a message upon booking regarding paid parking options.

Service really poor staff on the counter. Customer service was very annoying. Didn’t know how to respect him woman though and never less to let us to check in on time even we send an email about my flight delay and everything they know all things still they make big trouble to us every time when we pass through there was just checking to my family. Is that stay with us or no if you are my place how it was you feel that is really disgusting. First time I seen that hotel you guys are called four star. I think it’s less than zero star.

This is a very nice hotel with excellent service. The staff is very attentive and eager to make sure you have a pleasant stay. The dining was very good. The attention to service is better than larger higher priced hotels. Definitely recommend it!

Breakfast is worthwhile, has European and middle Eastern food 👌👌.

Riviera is our favorite hotel. This is not luxury and not 5 stars, but very cozy, clean and beautiful. Convenient location of the hotel, good food and attentive and helpful staff, always ready to help. Our special thanks to the following employees: Said, Nazer, Lecsi, Zarshed, Ramazan, Mohammad. Thanks to them, we have been here more than once and feel at home: safe and calm. Thank you. We will definitely come again!

Allowed early check-in and upgraded our room for free. The staff were absolutely lovely and our room was fantastic. Very clean and the creek view was incredible. We could see Burj Khalifa and Dubai Frame part the creek. The breakfast wasn’t bad at first but I can’t complain because the offered to make whatever we wanted the next day. Overall, lovely stay.
