Exceeded my expectations, would go back!
Pros:

The room layout is very practical and spacious, the toiletries smell beautiful, the bed was super comfy. Really loved the sleepy tea and message attached. We had buffet breakfast and all of us really liked it. The location is perfect, right in the middle if darling harbour or centre of town are your destinations. I would definitely stay there again when visiting Sydney. Bonus it has cafe downstairs, and water refilling stations on every floor.

Cons:

Couldn’t find any faults.

Perfect location for darling harbour access as walking distance. Room were spacious and clean

Practical & safe
Pros:

Great location - less than a 10 min walk to public transit, lots going on nearby, perfect for tourists or those travelling for work

Pros:

Location , walking distance to main attractions and of course Barangaroo and Darling harbour. The room was clean and staff were welcoming and professional :) The heated pool was nice too also enjoyed a late night hot chocolate which was delicious at the cafe on Lower ground .

Cons:

Not a bad thing but the pillows are super soft which may not be for everyone.

Great location, large,comfortable rooms with friendly staff, would stay again.
Pros:

Location great, Room was lovely, beds were comfy, reception staff were really friendly and extremely helpful. We arrived early to do some shopping and our room was ready for us which was fantastic. parking on site made our stay hassle free.

Cons:

The bar and restaurant, staff were not that welcoming at 8:30pm and the food was average, so a bit disappointing.

Great place, nice location.
Pros:

The room was spacious and Carlos who checked us in was so welcoming and kind. The staff really made a difference to our stay.

The bathroom was quite luxurious with a range of soaps for both the bath and shower. The bed was comfortable and I liked the addition of the reusable refillable water bottles.

Cons:

The cot we got for our toddler was not comfortable. It was a portacot which is fine for a young baby but my toddler refused to sleep in it. There were also no spare pillows or blankets in the room.
