Delightful modern hotel in a great location
Pros:

Loved the location, the delightful and efficient staff, the well provisioned rooms and the sensible pricing.

Cons:

Just one small comment on the bathroom towels - a bit thin and not very absorbent. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Great design for the room, bathroom and very spacious. I had plenty of space to do my make up and hair and keep things away and not feel cluttered. for the room and amenities, & location wise I will definitely be back

Cons:

Room service food was disappointing. I placed an order- the food arrived within 10-15 mins and so quick! The food wasn’t cooked fresh, it was definitely re-heated. The pasta stuck to each other like it came out from a container.

Definitely shouldn’t be that quick if it was made fresh, for the price you pay it should be made fresh.

A fabulous stay in the heart of Sydney :)
Pros:

The hotel was really close to all attractions in an around Sydney. A short walk UP Bathurst St you reach the tram which took you straight to Circular Quay for Sydney Harbour bridge and the Opera House, loads of restaurants, shops etc on the way and once there. Tram costs are minimal, if only England could charge the same!! A ferry trip over to Manly was a fantastic day out.

Good location. Lovely room. Delicious chocolates at front desk a very nice idea. Thanks for sharing!

We just had breakfast sandwiches and drinks from the coffee bar in lobby.
Tasty.

Maybe a bit more information about places within walking distance that might be suitable for senior aged couple.
