Pros:

Nice hotel in good location. The staff was excellent but I would like to give a special mention to Emilia at the reception desk. She made our check in easy and over the course of the days we spent, she was absolutely wonderful. You are lucky to have such a professional and friendly staff. Emilia helped to make our stay in Sydney a memorable one.

Cons:

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Very nice, comfortable and excellent service.
Pros:

I particularly liked the comfort of the bed, shower, coffee maker, location and service—all of the workers smiled and had a “can do” service attitude.

Cons:

The mess the previous guests made at the pool with empty cans, bottles and towels. This was about 5pm.

I love the pillows I have the best sleep, also services was really good, staff customer service is amazing, able to stay extra check out free of charge thumbs up

I have to double check the bathroom amenities for toothbrush
