Location was great
Pros:

Location was perfect . Easy walk to darling harbour and easy walk to George st to catch tram to circular key

Cons:

Wardrobe facilities . Railing on wardrobe space not high enough to allow dresses to be hung and to accommodate suitcases .

Great breakfast, staff friendly
Pros:

Comfortable beds, easy stroll to the city or darling square. Delicious breakfast, can order from a menu and access a small buffet.

Cons:

Had to pay extra $115 for a roll out bed for my child even though it said the accommodation covered 3 people. They expect you to sleep child in same bed, which were 2 singles for my partner and I.

Not as good value for money as Park Royal executive suites down the road which have far more space for a small family and child can sleep on sofa bed.

Good and comfy stay in the center close to everything
Pros:

Everything was pretty good despite the view) bottles for water -just love. Comfortable bed, very nice breakfast.

Cons:

Window view was just on the backyard with trash bins.

Overall our stay was quite poor with there being several issues. This was one of the best reviewed hotels we've booked in Sydney but felt it was our worst stay unfortunately.

There were issues as soon as we arrived.

Upon arrival a work colleague was double charged for their room and was missing a whole bed from their booking. When we arrived to our room we had two beds when we only booked one! Our bookings were completely separate and in different names, so this was just a pure booking/hotel setup mistake.

Parking was not included in our booking and was full, so we had to park elsewhere in public parking and walk to the hotel.

As we attended for a work event we were in the conference/event room.... there were no toilet facilities on the same floor and no bar either. The bar staff had fold put tables set up with a fridge behind them.

We had breakfast the next morning, the lady serving us was lovely how the other staff were quite rude and just gossiping about other people just near us. This wasn't very pleasant.

Overall, throughout the night we felt that most bar staff were not sure how to make simple drinks. We'd make an order in one spot of the bar and the serving staff would put the drinks down the other end.

We enjoy pretty much every stay away, this is the first time I am writing about issues as our stay was quite poor and we were only there a short time.

The price was very high for a hotel that lacked usual amenities just as a sauna and spa. The rest of the hotel presented well though and our room was nice and clean.
