Das Geld rausgeschmissen und nichts gehabt
Pros:

Wir können nichts beurteilen, da Hotel war nicht wie besprochen bis 22:00Uhr zu erreichen, nur die Mailbox und keine Rückruf . Da wir so nicht wussten wo dann der Schlüssel hinterlegt werden sollte sind wir doch noch 750km gefahren. Um 24:00Uhr kam dann die Nachricht sie wären da. Warum dann keine Rückmeldung? Geld gibt es wohl nicht zurück

Der fehlende Rückruf, das sind wir bisher von jedem guten Hotel gewöhnt. Die Aussage „ wir waren im Restaurant beschäftigt“ und dann 2 Stunden später „wir sind da“Der unfreundliche Ton

Phantastischer Blick auf die Donau
Pros:

Alles war sehr sauber und wir haben gut geschlafen. Einfach grandios ist der Ausblick vom Restaurant auf Gegend und Donau. Außerdem war das Essen ausgesprochen lecker.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer befand sich ganz oben unterm Dach - wir haben schmerzlich einen Aufzug vermisst. Aber das war uns schon vorher klar.

Großer Anstieg von der Hauptstraße zum Hotel. Für Radfahrer mit Gepäck nicht einfach.

Besseres Zimmer kostet 25 Euro Aufzahlung

Frühstück sehr gut, ausreichend.

Cons:

Das Booking-Angebot schaut auf den ersten Blick verlockend aus, entspricht aber nicht ganz den Erwartungen. Das Zimmer befand sich im 2. Stock, klein, etwas dunkel, Mansardenfenster, Blick auf eine angrenzende hohe grüne Graswand. Ohne Lift - für ältere, vielleicht Gehbehinderte Menschen kein Vergnügen, Koffer hinauf zu schleppen. Bekamen schließlich gegen Aufzahlung von 25 Euro (!) ein etwas größeres, besseres Zimmer im 1. Stock. Hat dann gepasst. Wäre fair von Booking.com, wenn darauf hingewiesen und diese Möglichkeit vor dem Buchen bekannt geben wird.

Het uitzicht is prachtig en de personeel was super vriendelijk
Wij waren laat bij inchecken maar toch nog mochten wij bestellen in de restaurant...ook lekker gegeten op terras, een aanrader!!!!!
