Pros:

I was there as “medical tourism “. In short, to attend an appointment in the Cleveland Clinic.
Location was good.

The staff is very friendly, and projects lots of empathy.

Cons:

I can’t think of anything.

Perfect Birthday Getaway.
Pros:

The breakfast was great on the weekend. Many choices for us to choose from. The hotel is in a very good location and walking distance to many restaurants.
Staff was were very professional and friendly to everyone.

Pros:

The bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We liked the thermostat on the wall.

Cons:

The sofa was low, very uncomfortable and perpendicular to the TV. To watch the TV from the sofa you had to twist sideways to watch. Also three doors that all opened up to each other in the bathroom area was a bit cumbersome.

The stay its self was great!! It would be great if they would adjust the price to what I was quoted

The hotel was great but the rate the hotel charged me was almost double the amount booking.com said it would be.

Cons:

I was charged almost double the amount that booking.com said it would be when I booked through booking.com - I will never book another hotel through booking.com
