The price was ok for what we had.

Cons:

It was out dated. The tub and floor in the bathrr9m was far less than desirable. The TV was a pain in the butt to use. The hallways stunk pretty bad.

The shower head sprayed everywhere. Tub walls and rails were dirty and floor of tub had adhesive. Wash cloths were dirty and had long black hair which neither me nor my husband have.
