Miserable, had to book one room at a competaters hotel for one person who we could not place.
Pros:

The price but unfortunatly we got what we paid for.

Cons:

We booked 5 rooms 2 rooms had to be refunded. One room was cochroach infested and the other had a foul smell that was making people naussous. The front desk was very confrentational when someone in the group used the bathroom THEY felt was not correct for the guests gender. The front desk was really pushing for my group to go to another hotel. We felt very unwelcome.

Wonderful
Pros:

I liked the customer service. The people at front desk was so polite and courteous to my questions. Check in was not slow as i was beyond tired and ready to sleep for work the next day.

Cons:

Did not like the cold floors that had no carpet no where in room.

Burn holes in the sheet stains on the sheets toilet didn’t work the people upstairs were loud obnoxious and up till 5am dogs barking all night homeless people using the lobby in the back for drinking and shelter
