My stay was adequate and the room and staff was nice, but the cons made the stay feel mediocre.
Pros:

I liked the convinience of the location. I could get on the expressway right away. I liked the parkinglot size and the size of the rooms. The beds were also very comfortable.

Cons:

I did not like that when I called to inform that i would be checking in late I got a rude response from the employee who answered the phone. I also did not like the smell of the halls, the room was perfectly fine, but the halls and staircases smelled putrid. I also did not like that my partner had a cockroach in her shoe the day we were cleaning up to checkout.

I did not like that i seen 3 roaches in my room that made me feel uncomfortable to sleep and to bring my clothes in from my vehicle

Adequate for needs with reasonable price
Pros:

Towels and sheets were clean. Shower worked well. Heating and cooling were good. Fairly quiet. Allowed to bring my dog.

Cons:

Entire property a bit run down. Only soap provided - no shampoo, conditioner, or lotion.
I left behind a book and, when I phoned, it had not been turned in.

Pros:

Nothing it was dirty and smelled of old cigarettes

Cons:

It was old and did not have breakfast to many dogs and no shampoo and smelled of cigarettes and never cleaned I have never been so disgusted

Cons:

Broken tile, old carpet, smelled bad in hallways. Guests above were very loud well after 11pm, no breakfast. When I asked why there was 2 firetrucks and an ambulance with lights on in the lot the front desk said they had no idea.

There was not much to like.

Cons:

The first thing that I noticed upon arrival were the homeless people hanging out by the entrances. In fact, there are no security precautions.
Anyone can walk in all the way to the rooms, no key card needed. My room door also didn't close well, had to make sure I pulled it shut. And then I noticed the sign in room recommending to double lock door for safety.

The hallway carpet on the third floor smelled terrible, smell never disappeared.
Also the location was much further from downtown than expected. Very expensive to use ride share. Definitely would not stay here again.
