The lobby, the pool area & outside dining. The balcony off our room was delightful. The dining areas had a variety of options.
Property was very clean and staff were extremely helpful at everything. Unfortunately, we were there in the evening so we could not see much of the property itself, but the indoor dining was beautiful and the rooms were super clean.
Quite a distance from the airport, definitely on the pricey side, took forever to get our invoice.
Location was excellent for nearby restaurants, sights, water taxis to the Cayes. Area was quiet at night and safe. Air- conditioning was fantastic and pool was adequate. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Pool was closed off from use for 1.5 days of stay. Pillows were not what I like, not soft.

The Restaurant pricing. The apparent disconnect between menu prices and what we were charged. Please tell the hotel that the prices at the restaurant do not make any sense. We were charged more than what was written on the menu. And don’t tell me it is taxes because taxes are added at the end of the bill with service fees. The meal charges appear to be arbitrary. For example, the small conch ceviche was listed at $10.00 US, but the bill showed $17.78 before taxes and fees. (We have a photo of the check to support this). The wait staff offered no other explanation than “taxes”. Additional “Taxes” were then added at the bottom of the bill. This seems wrong. Please publish the actual price you will charge us.

Nice Gym, good restaurant, great rooms
Dont leave anything valuable within the lobby while you check in! Stuff from a partner dissapeared and the hotel did not reapond!!
Comfortable bed.
Let’s start with booking a deluxe sea view king for way too much money. Got a first floor room, that smelled like mildew, with a view of the parking area and sea wall with a slim view of the sea. When I called the front desk, was told we could move to the room next to us but there were no rooms available on the upper floors. Asked about providing more than two 500lm bottles of water for the room per day. No…you can purchase more in the restaurant. Seriously?
We left for a tour the following day returning to our room around 3pm. Room was not serviced. Went for dinner and a walk around town. Came back around 7pm and stopped at the front desk and asked about replacing the water and coffees. She said it should have been cleaned that morning so she would contact house keeping. After receiving our two pods of coffee from the front desk, we went to our room to find housekeeping just finishing up. Had to chase them down to get our two bottles of water.
Someone needs to teach the entire staff what real customer service is!
If you’re going to charge the amount you do, make sure you have properly trained staff.
I was able to get a clean, safe room at the last minute.
Because I had to make a last minute reservation in a safe place, I did not research pricing. I found out later that I could have gotten the room for $100 less if I had booked on TripAdvisor. I only used the bed and restaurant. Did not have an opportunity to use the other facilities.

This was a lovely type of hotel. Front desk staff was very helpful. The on-site restaurant was nice as well as the pool area and the gym was extensive.
