I like the contagious smile and happy spirit of the staffs, Chiara, Valentina and Lorenzo. They made my check in smooth, problem free. The j. suite is spacious. I can move around without bumping. ☺️ The location is perfect. Bars across,to your left and right. Walking distance restaurants. I slept well at night,

I woke up with rashes on my thighs and my legs. I have bedbugs bites. Too itchy.

Buono per una trasferta di lavoro, senza troppe pretese
Pros:

Staff molto accogliente e posizione comoda per il quartiere di Tor di Quinto. Prezzo in linea con i servizi offerti e colazione con prodotti vegani a diposizione (senza necessità di avvisare con anticipo).

Cons:

L'hotel è molto grande quindi riceve spesso gruppi piuttosto ingombranti e rumorosi, soprattutto a colazione.
Funzionava un solo ascensore che, vista l'affluenza, lo rendeva praticamente sempre occupato...con lunghe attese.

Buona soluzione per visitare Roma
Pros:

Personale al ricevimento competente e cortese. Struttura ben tenuta e pulita. Camera dí dimensioni adeguate e un materasso davvero comodo.

Cons:
