Too noise in the rooms.
Pros:

Location is close to train station. If you plan to visit Pisa and travel by train, it is convenient. Tram stops also close by. It is clean too. Old building, but ok. Breakfast is mostly carbs, ok for this level of stay. Kind staff.

Cons:

Noise and noise. Could not get good sleep, stayed for 2 nights, and 2 nights no good sleep. It affected the next days of course. For the traveler, the quality night sleep is very important. Trains are very loud, and men talking outside is annoying, they shout and stay there till very late, does not give the sense of safety. Also, you hear other guests as if in the same room. Maybe inner side rooms are better, but the road side rooms are not comfortable. Something must be done with that.
Also, it is not very close to the historic center, about 20 minutes walking. Sometimes wifi gets slower.

주요 관광지와 가까워 대중교통 탈 일 없이 걸어다닐 수 있었습니다. 기차역과도 무척 가까웠습니다.(캐리어 끌고 비오는 날 5분안에 도착 가능)
시설들은 예전 모습을 간직하면서도 깔끔하게 잘 관리되어있어 쓰는 데 불편함이 없었습니다.
직원분들도 항상 친절히 맞아 주셨어요. 감사합니다!
