Good spot to explore Florence
Pros:

Good location near the train station. Friendly welcome. Clean and comfortable room. Excellent range of options at breakfast, way more than the usual continental breakfast. Easy 20min walk into the Centre of the city

Pros:

フィレンツェの駅から徒歩2分ぐらいでとても便利なのに静かでした。日本語を少し話せるスタッフもいました。
テラスからは遠くにドゥオモや山が見えテンション上がりました！
24時間使える給水器があり空のペットボトルに水を自由に給水できるのも良かった。
朝食のパンケーキが美味しかった。

Coole Lage für Ausflüge
Pros:

Die Lage zum Hauptbahnhof war genial, dadurch war es für uns ein leichtes alles zu erreichen was wir für unsere Ausflüge brauchten.

Cons:

Naja die Straßenbahn fährt direkt unten in die Kurve.Es ist nicht zu überhören.

Great Stay in Florence adjacent to the Train Station
Pros:

The air conditioning was so very welcome after a very hot day. The Breakfast was plentiful and exceptionally good. The closeness to the train station was superb and being able to leave our luggage a few hours before check-in was very much appreciated and finally the 12-noon checkout time worked so well with us

最近コロナ明けから年2回は泊まって止まっています。場所がいいので。ですがテレビつかない・トイレ流せないような状態で大変でした。部屋からの景色が良かったけど

ロケーションがいいので何回も宿泊

Cons:

トイレの水洗が流れなかった。もう何回も押しても流れない。手が腱鞘炎になりそう。
タオルが全体に汚い。
埃まみれ
テレビが映らない/今回サッカー見れなかった残念。一度修理に来てもらったがその時はついた。が、一度消すと次がつかなった。
