Pros:

The room was a great size and we were able to check in upon arrival which we really appreciated as it was early. Conveniently located right next to the train station which was perfect for 1 night and travelling by train.
The hotel was very clean and breakfast was good.

Achei que o serviço de limpeza foi descuidado pois largou o cobertor jogado no chão ao finalizar a limpeza do quarto.

Gostei muito da localização. O check-in e check-out rápido e tranquilo.

Cons:

Não houve nada que não gostei. Só o café da manhã, que podia ter mais opções de pão. Mais 2 opções de frutas frescas. Adorei que tinha arroz e feijão a la brasileira.

Llegamos y nos hicieron un upgrade de la habitación, bellas vistas desde el balcón

Desayuno regular y no de buena calidad, aseo deficiente en las piezas. Lo peor escuchabas todo lo que se hablaba desde las otras piezas. Barrio muy malo, el domingo alrededor del hotel 2 hombres drogándose, poca seguridad. En la recepción del hotel primero nos dijeron que podíamos dejar las maletas y después se desdicen lo que hace que tengamos que cambiar planes y de hotel. El domingo estuve enferma y no pude salir de la pieza, no me ayudaron con el desayuno porque decían que no había servicio a la habitación, sin embargo a la habitación del lado les llevaron espumante y comida, es decir discriminación entre los pasajeros. Finalmente, la tina muy alta, el shower door fijo, lo que hacía muy difícil y peligroso entrar y salir
