Hotel pulitissimo in posizione centrale adiacente alla stazione S.M. Novella.
Pros:

Ho apprezzato molto la pulizia a fondo dell’hotel e soprattutto della mia camera, profumava di pulito e c’era l’aria condizionata funzionante, kit da bagno, ciabattine da camera e asciugamani cambiati tutti i giorni.
L’hotel è estremamente centrale, comodo per il treno e per qualsiasi attrazione della città.
Staff cordiale e gentilissimo!

Cons:

Probabilmente il rumore del tram che passa sotto la stanza, ma una volta fatta l’abitudine si sente meno.
L’insonorizzazione del bagno affianco alla mia stanza.

Un accueil exceptionnel! Une attention certaine au confort quotidien, possibilités de petits déjeuners copieux, variés. Un prix correct.
La proximité de la gare et des lieux touristiques reste un atout appréciable avec la possibilité de laisser les bagages dans une consigne à l'hôtel le jour du départ.

Kompetente Mitarbeiter, Service hat gepasst, haben sehr gut englisch, teilweise sogar ein bisschen deutsch gesprochen.
Saubere Zimmer, guter Zimmerservice durch die Reinigungskräfte (allerdings müssen die kleinen Handseifen nicht jeden Tag weggeschmissen werden, ich hätte die Reste durchaus aufgebraucht).
Praktische Lage am Hauptbahnhof Firenze Santa Maria Novella.

Frühstück war insgesamt ausreichend und lecker, allerdings fehlte ein Toaster. Als Ersatz gab es einen Sandwichmaker, der manchmal aber auch nach 5 Min. das Toast nicht getoastet oder erwärmt hat. Der Kaffee aus dem Vollautomaten schmeckte mir persönlich nicht so gut, teilweise etwas verbrannt, ggf. zu stark geröstet.
