Pros:

The bed was very comfortable, and the views from the spa are amazing

Cons:

The breakfast was disappointing – the potato bread and soda bread were inedible. The rooms were far too hot, and with no air conditioning I wouldn't stay again in that level of heat. Don't expect a modern luxury hotel either – it's quite old-fashioned and dated.

Very good room with a great bed to sleep in and very quiet at night

Pros:

Room was delightfully classic, even the telephone was intentionally vintage. Felt like I was stepping back into time, which I liked! Still had uptodate amenties, including streaming. Breakfast was very good each day. Staff were kind and helpful. (They also had Irish accents, which is no longer the case in many hotels in Ireland today.)
Location was right near Newcastle N. Ireland, a small resort town so I could walk to everything. I've been wanting to stay at the hotel for over 20 years and was finally able to do so - and it did not disappoint.

Beautiful hotel. Will be back with my dogs!
Pros:

Ryan in the restaurant was excellent, could not have been more helpful. Food had improved a lot since my last visit. The spa is lovely as ever although the jacuzzi was consistently very crowded.

Great luxurious relaxing weekend break by the sea.
Pros:

Excellent spa facilities, friendly staff and great food. Fantastic location, free parking access to the beach and the town promenade.

Cons:

Room was a little too hot. There were no robes in the room.

Pros:

Breakfast was just alright food was precooked which you would expect but was precooked a while ago orange was not fresh potato bread and soda were hard .l had a evening meal which was just alright had a meal the next day at a different location which was half the price not that l mind paying as long as it is good

Pros:

Good choice of food although had to ask for coffee 3 times before it actually came to table.and had to request a remote for TV in room .wrong remote sent up so he'd to go to reception to request another.

Cons:

Service with coffee and tea almost had breakfast finished before the coffee arrived.
