Love pretty well everything about this hotel…food, airport shuttle, comfort
Pros:

Love that Montanas is downstairs! Love the free breakfast in the morning. The eggs taste like real scrambled eggs, rather than the “styrofoam eggs” you get at free breakfast in other places. And the free shuttle is great, to and from the airport

Rooms are sometimes hard to find

The hotel itself is great but their manager scammed me out of $35 and refused to return the money. It’s only $35 🤷‍♀️

Location, the food, size of the room, the staff!!!

The staff were nice

Cons:

I had supper at Montanas feb 27 the friday night...got food poisoning and didnt leave my room until checkout on sunday....which we had to get a late checkout just so i had energy to drive home. Worst weekend of my life...i made my families weekend a nightmare and i didnt enjoy my hard worked weekend off.

Wasn't expected the hotel to meet my expectations, but it exceeded them.
Pros:

I requested that we get a quiet room due to a recent family loss, and the response was instant and positive. We had a quiet room, and really grateful.
The breakfast was good. My children loved the "pancakes" and I loved that they were able to get it easily and the staff were exceptional in helping us. Especially "Anwa" (sic). She helped direct us, she told us where to find things, and had a friendly smile. Best part, she remembered me the next day and we chatted like friends. It was wonderful.

Cons:

There were some spots in the hotel where the age has started to show. There was a leak on the second floor and it was causing the stipple on the roof to fall off and onto the main floor. Staff acted immediately by cleaning it up, and ensured a bucket was there to catch it, and a warning sign put up.
