Our room smelled like it used to be a smoking room, but was just sprayed with a ton of sprays to cover it. Our key card also died after every single use. Kept being told it was demagnetizing but we carried it alone. So every time we left, had to go to front desk to re rent room

... the lady that was working the night shift refused to make fresh coffee after it was all gone. Instead she told me to wait until the breakfast buffet was going to be open. :-/
The jets on the whirlpool did not work.

The staff was amazing, the hotel accommodated our family of 5 without making us get a second room, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was one of the best I've ever had (I stay in a lot of hotels), and the price was very reasonable! The location was also very close to Rad Torque Raceway, which is where we spent the evening. We didnt get a chance to use the pool but it looked great.
The only thing I didnt care for is our window was facing the pool so we had to keep our blinds closed but we weren't in the room much so very minor.
Free parking good prices great staff, nothing bad to report, il make sure next year when I come back that I come back there! 😊
The facilities were great and clean. The breakfast setup at Montana's elevates the experience and makes everything way more comfortable Than the usual hotel breakfast experience
The industrial area around it is not ideal

Wonderful staff. Always clean! The only place we stay when we come to Edmonton. Which is very frequent.
The power outlets in our room 159 were loose, when the cable to plug phone charger was plugged in, it wasn't fitting properly.
