Important information:

From Incheon International Airport, guests can take the limousine bus 6103 to Samseong Station. The journey takes 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Please note that children under 5 cannot use the swimming pool. Older children must be accompanied and supervised by a guardian when using the pool.

Please note that children under 18 cannot use the fitness centre.

Free on-site parking is available for one vehicle per reservation.

Depending on room conditions, early check-in and late check-out may not be available, and charges may vary depending on the date and extension time.

Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni, pobyt był bardzo udany.
Pros:

Rewelacyjna lokalizacja, bliskość centrum handlowego ułatwiało funkcjonowanie, jedzenie, zakupy, wszystko w zasięgu ręki.
Apartament przestronny i z dobrym wyposażeniem, wygodne łóżka, przytulna kołdra, pralko suszarka, tv w każdej sypialni.

A bit dated complicated stay
Pros:

Location above Coex mall, steam facility in main bath room , health club facility

Cons:

They turned off the AC during night , the toilet exhaust fan was replaced during our stay , the property is dated , only certain lifts go to certain floors , need to go to annexe building to access spa facility which is allways busy with outside guests . If Coex mall access is important there are many hotels here like the Westin / park Hyatt / intercontinental parnas , shilla stay

Overall, the hotel was very good, and I would recommend it to associates.
Pros:

Location was very convenient to the Coex where I was attending an international meeting. Facilities were clean and had everything I needed.

Cons:

The only thing I did not appreciate was the rushed interaction with a front desk staff member during check-out.

５階レストランの1人の女性の対応が、悪い。
3度目です。
席への指定の仕方が最低。
以前は、先に指定された席に、携帯電話を置いてあるのに、違うお客さんを通して、僕らに席を帰ろと怒ってきた。
大変失礼な女性。
今回も、この席は駄目ですかときいたら、よやくせだから、向こうに座れって感じ。
居る間、その席に誰も来なかったし、リザーブカードも置いてなかった。

Great hotel in Gangnam
Pros:

I stayed at this hotel last year. It was great! My thanks to the employees who were all helpful and kind, with a special mention going to Ethan and Leo at the reception desk and Jane in reservations. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed to cook (although I would recommend adding measuring spoons and measuring cups). The hotel is attached to Asia's largest underground mall - Starfield COEX Mall. For groceries I walked to the Hyundai Department store in the mall. It has a grocery store and a food court on the B1 Basement level. I took the Limousine bus from the airport to the hotel. The bus stops at the COEX City Air Terminal which is down the street from the Hotel. It is easy to get lost in the mall due to its size, so use the Naver Maps app to navigate within the mall. To find the elevators from the inside the mall to the Hotel, find KFC on Naver Maps. There is a hallway next to KFC. Walk to the end of the hallway and then make a right, the elevators are on your right side. There are also bus stops and 2 subway stations nearby. I hope to stay there again the next time I travel to Seoul.

Practically the best
Pros:

Here in coex area, three top rated hotels are located within a mile and I stayed all of them in the past five years. This was my first time stay here and very satisfied and money well spent without much fluffs. Room was very spacious and bathroom without smell. And very convenient to transportation and shopping.
