Important information:

From Incheon International Airport, guests can take the limousine bus 6103 to Samseong Station. The journey takes 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Please note that children under 5 cannot use the swimming pool. Older children must be accompanied and supervised by a guardian when using the pool.

Please note that children under 18 cannot use the fitness centre.

Free on-site parking is available for one vehicle per reservation.

Depending on room conditions, early check-in and late check-out may not be available, and charges may vary depending on the date and extension time.

Great staff and best for coex. Could do with some refreshing . shower over Bath tub not suitable

Not recommended due to poor room maintenance and lack of basic guest care.
Pros:

The location was convenient, and the room size was acceptable. The staff tried to assist when I requested help.

Cons:

I would like to express my disappointment regarding several issues I experienced during my stay.

When I first checked into the room, there were no dish towels provided, which caused inconvenience in daily use. In addition, the room was noticeably dusty, and the cutlery set was incomplete, with several spoons and forks missing.

However, the most concerning issue occurred when my daughter became ill and developed a fever. As any parent would, I urgently needed a thermometer to check her temperature. Unfortunately, there was no thermometer available in the room, so I contacted the front desk for assistance.

I was informed that the hotel only had two thermometers available: one had already been borrowed by another guest, and the other was broken. I then had to wait approximately 30 minutes while the staff attempted to find an alternative solution.

Eventually, I was provided with a digital food thermometer rather than a proper body thermometer. I found this extremely disappointing and inappropriate, particularly given that the situation involved a sick child. A food thermometer is not an acceptable substitute for a medical thermometer, and I was shocked that this was the only option offered.

In situations involving a guest's health and wellbeing, especially that of a child, I believe a hotel should be adequately prepared and able to provide a functioning body thermometer without delay. This experience caused unnecessary stress and raised concerns about the hotel's preparedness to handle basic guest needs and health-related situations.

I hope this feedback will be taken seriously and used to improve the quality of service and facilities provided to future guests.

I have attached a photo of the digital food thermometer that was provided to me instead of a proper body thermometer for my sick child.
