Important information:

From Incheon International Airport, guests can take the limousine bus 6103 to Samseong Station. The journey takes 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Please note that children under 5 cannot use the swimming pool. Older children must be accompanied and supervised by a guardian when using the pool.

Please note that children under 18 cannot use the fitness center.

Free on-site parking is available for one vehicle per reservation.

Depending on room conditions, early check-in and late check-out may not be available, and charges may vary depending on the date and extension time.

Please note that this property can accommodate dogs and cats, but will not accommodate other types of pets.

Please note that the property can only accommodate pets with a maximum weight of 10 kg or less.

Please note that a maximum of 2 pets is allowed per room.

ไปกับครอบครัวช่วงกุมภา ห้อง 2-bedroom อยู่ 4 คน อยู่สบายมาก ห้องนอนใหญ่กว้าง ห้องนอนเล็กจะแคบไปหน่อยก็เลยสั่งเตียงเสริมเพิ่มที่ห้องรับแขก มีเครื่องซักผ้าให้พร้อมน้ำยา (อยากให้ทางโรงแรมล้างเครื่องซักผ้าบ่อยๆ เพราะเครื่องมีกลิ่นอับ) ที่ชอบที่สุดคือความสะดวกที่ลงมาแล้วเจอช็อปปิ้งด้านล่างเลย

Amazing 5 Star Hotel
Pros:

The hotel staff were welcoming, helpful, and kind. I didn’t expect my room to be so large or to include a kitchen and washer/dryer inside the room. The room was so spacious for the value. I went to the fitness center in the morning and it was exceptional. I usually have a hard time sleeping in hotels, but I slept the entire night here and felt comfortable. It’s connected to the Starfield Coex Mall and the famous Starfield Library.

Bad for Long stay. Not worth the money.

Perfect location.

Cons:

Extremely disappointed with this 5-star hotel. They shut down the entire AC system because it's cold outside and told me to open the window if it’s hot—completely ignoring the noise and dust issues. To make matters worse, housekeeping only comes three times a week (Mon, Wed, Fri), which is ridiculous for the price. The only good thing is the location. Save your money and stay elsewhere.

Excellent hotel in a great location
Pros:

Excellent home away from home hotel for family. We stayed in 2 bedroom, 2 bath hotel with living room and a full kitchen. It really felt like our home, very comfortable with convenience of an hotel and support staff that was so friendly and helpful. Location was awesome! Shopping, eating, walking all connected to huge mall with so many stores and restaurants to choose from. We did a lot of shopping and eating out at the mall. Everything from $7 great Korean stews to all sorts of high end cuisines to chose from. We decided on this hotel verses apartment rentals due to location and our whole family agreed we've made the right choice. It was perfect hotel in a perfect location.

EXCELENTE
Pros:

Excelente hotel! Dois quartos, dois banheiros, cozinha e sala confortáveis. Adoramos o spa e a academia. Fica no complexo COEX, ou seja, em cima de um shopping monumental, com todas as lojas e restaurantes que se possa imaginar.
